I think this is health preservation, not eating a lot of "good things", massaging, soaking in hot springs and having fun. Of course, these enjoyment can be achieved.

As for the accidental death of your classmate, it is something that fate cannot control.

Health comes from good living habits. If I insist on taking time to do one thing every day, I will naturally not go to the hospital for medical advice. Keeping in good health means keeping me healthy.
