Lv Chunyang, a native of Lv Dongbin, was a Taoist master and was called "Lv Zu". There is a famous story about him that he failed in the exam and then daydreamed. After waking up, he realized that things are impermanent and went to become a monk.
He studied Taoism, which was very famous between the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties. He is good at Qigong. It is said that he can fly in the air. His two famous poems are:
"Dantian has a treasure to find his way, but he has no intention of Mo Wen Zen."
Ordinary people can do this, health and longevity is no longer a problem, and it is also possible to get rid of illness and prolong life. Of course, the practice methods in these two poems are of great significance.
Once, he flew with a sword and passed through Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province, where there was a big temple, Zen Huanglong Temple. When Lv Chunyang was flying in the sky, he saw that the weather in this mountain was different. He must have an expert. When he came down, he saw that it was Huanglong Temple, and someone was giving a lecture. It was Master Huang Longnan of Lin Jizong.
He stood by and watched for a long time, feeling very strange. Zen master does not shine, does not move, and does not have the same skill as him. He is an ordinary monk! Why do so many people listen to him? The more you look at it, the more strange it becomes. Just stand there.
Zen master Huang Longnan stopped talking and said that "someone stole the Buddhism in the seat", thinking that someone was eavesdropping. Lv Chunyang didn't buy it, so he stood up. Huang Longnan asked him who he was, and he signed up.
Huang Longnan said: Oh! So it was you. I think you're great. You're just a corpse keeper. This body can live forever and be firmly guarded. )
Hearing this, Lv Chunyang became angry. Real people can be elixir of life. What are you? Huang Longnan said: "Rao Jun robbed 80,000 people, but was defeated."
Lv Chunyang was annoyed. As soon as his sleeves were raised, his flying sword went out, deliberately scaring the old monk. I was afraid that the flying sword would stop in front of the old monk, but I turned to him and killed him.
He wondered that the old monk was an ordinary man and had no kung fu. Why doesn't my sword listen to my command? Later, someone took part in the conversation. Is it the protector of Wei Tuo? Or is it the power of Prajna in Huanglongnan? Or other reasons? What is the truth?
Huang Longnan said with a smile, don't pretend that. You just said that you have real skills. Let me ask you something. what do you think?
Lv Chunyang said: "The world is hidden in a millet, and mountains and rivers are cooked in half a pot." This is the word of Tao and the truth of seeing Tao.
Huanglong South Road: "I don't ask you how to cook mountains and rivers. How can you hide the world in a millet? " In this way, several times in the East and several times in the West, Lv Chunyang became enlightened and wrote a poem:
When Taoism came out of Lv Chunyang, it was equal to the sixth ancestor of Zen. How to live a long and healthy life can refer to Lu Chunyang's inscription 100. At this time, Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism are the best things, and they are also the best things to learn Buddhism.
Nourishing qi is also a real effort to cultivate interest in the ten-chanting method. Mind-lowering comes from the Diamond Sutra: mind-lowering, not doing; Deliberately lowering your heart is to look; A person's nature is empty, so doing without doing it, knowledge and kung fu have already told us.
Let's make a few remarks, and put in the Tong Yuan method of Guanyin Bodhisattva. There are two phases, dynamic and static, which are obviously lifeless, but they are not dizzy. I can do it myself. I'm free. Don't find another way. Dealing with people, if you can not go against your nature, it's all about kung fu here. Don't make any effort. Heart and qi are one, heart and things are one, and real thoughts are empty. "Qi returning" will naturally stop the pulse and reach the second and third Zen.
There is nothing in Dan's stomach. According to ancient Taoism, Dan is like the moon, and there is a small point in the middle of the circle, which represents the sense of completeness and consciousness. The pot represents the body, and its own qi pulse plays a role in change. As long as the pulse stops, it will naturally change. After a long period of natural setting, all the pulses in the body will open with a bang. At this time, as Zhuangzi said, "interacting with the spirit of heaven and earth" and integrating with the universe, the midrib really opens.
"White clouds are facing the top", which is the true enlightenment of Tantric Buddhism, and the wisdom and light of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are enlightened. "Sumeru" is about the head, and the big music wheel in the head is shaking. There is absolutely eternal life at this time, which is the first law in the world. "No music" means that avalokitesvara enters samadhi through hearing, thinking and acting.
These twenty sentences, each with five words, have a hundred words, so they are called a hundred-word inscription. These twenty sentences are all finished, starting from the ordinary, cultivating immortals, and even extraordinary. Every word is kung fu and insight.
For example, at first, you can think about it, why not? I just can't do the first sentence: "I forgot to keep my word", and I didn't think about it at all. Who did this? Too many thoughts to keep. It is even more impossible to "calm down and do nothing", which is impossible, not to mention the next words.
Meditation is still a little shadowy. Sitting down with nothing, I can't know Zongzu at all. It's important to know Zongzu. My heart is quiet all day. There's nothing. Who did this? The spirit has always been there, and the spirit naturally returns, not asking us to do kung fu. Dan's "ego" knot is natural and inherent in our life.
Don't look at this hundred-word inscription with the concept of religious boundaries. He used to be the great protector of Zen Buddhism and one of the true disciples of Huanglongnan. If you want to live a long and healthy life, it is absolutely enough to do what he says.
