Making:

Wash it clean.

Put rice, red beans, peanuts, glutinous rice and red dates into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high fire, and then cook for 40 minutes with slow fire.
How to eat: 1 time every day, with 100g porridge each time. Eat, eat.
