Both asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction are possible, and pearl bud reproduction.
Scale communication
Dig bulbs in autumn, peel off inner scales, soak the fat ones in 1: 500 aqueous solution of benomyl or captan for 30 minutes, take them out and dry them in the shade, insert the base downwards into the seedbed, dig them out in September of the following year, transplant them according to the row spacing of 15cm×6cm, and harvest them after 2-3 years of cultivation. Breeding boxes can also be used for breeding.
Bulb propagation
At the time of harvesting, bulbs were planted at the row spacing of 1.5 cm× 6 cm, and harvested after two years of cultivation. Propagation of pearl buds: Collect pearl buds in summer, store them in a cool and ventilated place with wet sand, sow them in the seedbed from August to September of that year, dig bulbs after the overground part withers in the second autumn, sow them at the row spacing of 20cm× 10cm, harvest them in the third autumn, and cultivate the smaller ones 1 year.
Sowing method, scale cutting method, small bulb propagation method and so on can be used.
(1) sowing and propagation
1. Seed harvesting: after pollination 10 ~ 15, the natural room begins to swell, and the fruit can be harvested 60 ~ 150 days before it matures and cracks.
2. Sow when the temperature exceeds 30℃ in the next spring.
3. Sowing soil consists of two parts of fertile loam, one part of coarse sand and one part of peat soil, and 1g calcium superphosphate is added per liter.
4. After sowing, cover the soil according to the germination rate, and blossom after 6 months.
(2) Scale cutting
1. Scaling is not limited by season. When the bulbs are mature, dig out the bulbs for 3-4 years, put them in a ventilated place to dry, and peel off the hypertrophy scales.
2. Insert the fish scales into the wooden sand bed and shallow basin for 2/3 ~ 4/3, and then keep warm and shade. After 45 ~ 120 days, small bulbs can be formed.
(3) sub-ball propagation method
1. When the stem nodes near the ground grow small balls, carefully remove them.
2. Each bulb can reproduce a plant.
