Ingredients: a white swallow lamp (about 5g), 20g rock sugar, and proper amount of purified water.
Exercise:
1. Bai Yan lamp is soaked in purified water for about 4 hours;
2. Use a small camera to shoot out the obvious fluff (some are too small to be caught and can be ignored, and it doesn't matter if you eat them);
3. Tear into thin strips along the grain by hand;
4. Then soak for 4 hours, change water two or three times in the middle, rinse thoroughly, and pick out floating hairs;
5. Pour the soaked bird's nest into the stew;
6. Add a proper amount of purified water, just soaked bird's nest;
7. Add rock sugar;
8. Cover the saucepan and put it in the pot. The water in the pot can go to the stew pot 1/3.
9. Cover the lid, first boil over high heat, and then simmer for about 30 minutes;
10. After stewing, the surface presents a little foam, which is a little boiling and sticky, with egg white flavor.
Tips:
1, bird's nest must be thoroughly cleaned before stewing, and it is very important to remove tiny feathers.
If you want to make the stewed bird's nest delicious, you must not be lazy in the process of doing your hair.
3. Bird's nest can't be cooked directly in the pot, it will go up in smoke and need stew.
