Laozi's hometown tourist area is a comprehensive tourist area integrating history, culture, natural customs, leisure and health preservation. Focusing on Taiqing Palace Scenic Area, Mingdao Palace Scenic Area and Laozi's First Garden Scenic Area, we will give full play to their advantages in human landscape and show tourists the true image of Laozi's hometown.

At the same time, historical sites such as Shang and Zhou Tombs, Gaixia Ancient Battlefield, Chen Tuan's hometown, Wuping Fenghou (Wuping City) were excavated to show the rich historical and cultural remains of Laozi's hometown, the magnificent scene of the ancient battlefield, and the ambition of Cao Shi in the Three Kingdoms to gallop around the world.

2. Eco-tourism Zone in Yellow River Flooding Area

The eco-tourism area in Huangpan District is an eco-tourism area integrating red education and sightseeing, and it is one of the most interesting scenic spots in Zhoukou. With fragrant flowers and fruits, lush forests, reasonable planning, complete facilities, simple folk customs and profound historical and cultural heritage, it has 10,000 mu of contiguous peach blossom garden, golden pear demonstration garden, cherry blossom avenue and agricultural leisure picking garden and other natural scenic spots.

It is connected with the patriotic education base such as Huangpan Farm History Museum, the former residence of General Wang Jinshan, the social science popularization base, and the social practice base of archives education in primary and secondary schools.

3. Shangqing Lake

The water area of Shangqing Lake has reached 16.7 hectares. There are scenic spots such as hydrophilic platform, cruise terminal, landscape plank road, children's beach, lake island, music fountain, landscape bridge, water pavilion, mountain peak, as well as leisure square, parking lot, tourist service center and other supporting facilities. It is a fun scenic spot in Zhoukou. Step on the bluestone steps or follow the winding mountain ramp to the top of the mountain.

And a water-watching pavilion more than ten meters high, overlooking the whole lake area, surrounded by three red streamers: lake lane, pedestrian garden road, paving stone road and healthy swimming road. In the Zhengqing forest in the northeast corner, the bamboos are trimmed, the phantom is dancing, and the tall buildings are reflected in the water, which is refreshing.

4. Huaishuyuan

Guohuai Garden is one of the most interesting places in Zhoukou 10, which integrates eco-tourism, garden culture and natural landscape. There are 65 rare species of Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia, and more than 20,000 Sophora japonica trees. The main landscape includes eight functional areas, including the entrance to the square, cultural display, Sophora japonica variety resources, water viewing, children's entertainment, static plants, wetland plank road, catering and leisure.

The main attractions are Zhou Xingsi Statue, Thousand-character Cultural Square, Hu Aixiang Lake, Water Park, Huaixian Mountain, Guanhuai Pavilion, Qixing Island, Sanhuai Bridge, Sanhuai Hall, Millennium Ancient Sophora, Five Blessingg Yingbin Sophora, Biyi Sophora and Lilianhuai.

5.taihaoling

Taihao Mausoleum is a large mausoleum temple built to commemorate Fuxi, the ancestor of China's humanities. The main scenic spots in the scenic spot include a series of buildings on the central axis-Wumaomen, Yidaomen, Congenital Gate, Taiji Gate, Tiantongtang, Renxiantang, Taishimen, Bagua Temple, Fuxi Mausoleum of Taihao, Yarrow Garden, Duxiu Garden (formerly Xiuzhi Garden), Beilin and other major scenic spots.

Every year from the second day of February to the third day of March, millions of people from all over the world flock to Taihaoling Temple to worship Fuxi. On the first and fifteenth day of the first lunar month, there are grand sacrificial activities.
