The palms of both hands are inward, and the fingers are naturally separated. For example, if you hold two balls, you can keep the state, so as to increase the strength of the arm external support and make the strength reach the fingertips easily. There are about three punches between your hand and yourself, so you can hold the key parts of your upper body when you attack. Raise your hand, bend your elbows left and right, relax your shoulders and elbows horizontally, and separate your fingers, such as catching the ball. The lower abdomen is loose and round, the chest fossa is fine, and the head is straight. It must be ethereal and straight, but also comfortable and even. At the same time, the whole body should be whole and not stiff, loose and unremitting. You can do this exercise first. If you want to go further, you need to increase mental activities, and your hands and arms should have mental exercises that you can't pull open, push or fall. After a long time, you must put your eyes in it and look like a cat catching mice, and you will run away motionless, ready to pounce and stand by and fight. When the arm is about to straighten, the hands are turned inward, the palms are opposite, and the hands are slowly pulled back with the body, and the movement is continuous. When your hands are about a punch away from your chest, turn them over, palm down, and then push forward. Do this cycle exercise. After a long period of hard work, we should add the idea of hands like files and hooks, leave no room for strength, and return meaningless. With such efforts, you can feel the friction between hands and arms, and even the whole body and the atmosphere over time, so that your own qi can be combined with the cosmic atmosphere and enter the realm of harmony between man and nature.

There are many steps in the footwork of Dacheng Boxing, and rubbing is the most basic footwork. This posture is standing with your feet parallel, similar to standing at attention, but your knees are slightly bent, and your figure is straight, your shoulders are relaxed, and your arms are separated, which is about 60 degrees from yourself. Hands and fingers apart, palms like two balloons. Hold your head up, sit on your hips, have a chest and a back, be full of energy, be calm, and be energetic. After a moment of silence, the body's center of gravity is placed on the palms of the two feet, and then the center of gravity moves to the crotch of the left leg. The right foot moves slowly in a semi-arc parallel, and the toes move forward and fall on the outside and right side of itself. Then, the center of gravity moves to the right hip, the left foot makes a semi-arc, moves forward slowly in parallel, toes forward, and lands on the left outside. It's best to always keep the distance between your feet at one and a half feet. Do this alternate exercise with your feet. When practicing this skill, pay attention to your knees slightly raised, your toes slightly hooked, and your feet should not be too high off the ground. Imagine your feet walking like water in your head, as if there is resistance. You should be calm and flexible, continuous and flexible. This is an exercise in forward posture. Force includes tangible force, intangible force, positioning force, non-positioning force, automatic force, passive force, whole force, local force and so on. Only the most basic one is introduced here, which is called frontal integral stress. Its posture is the same as that of hook gear force measurement, except that in the process of force measurement, the hands suddenly stop, the body bumps forward, the hands shake forward to generate force, and then the hands immediately retract to their original positions, showing the original force measurement posture, which makes the hands, arms and even the whole body elastic.
