Materials:
250 pieces of dried jujube (net weight after core removal), 50 grams of longan pulp, 80 grams of rock sugar, 400 grams of honey and 580 grams of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash the red dates, cut them in half with a knife, and remove the stone.
2. The longan is shelled and pitted.
3. Put the red dates, longan and rock sugar into the soup pot, add water, and after the fire boils, simmer for about 30 minutes until the water is dry.
4. Keep the fire low, stir in the pot with a spoon, beat the dates into jujube paste, and collect the separated water.
5. Cool the cooked dates, pour in honey and mix well.
6. Put it in a clean glass bottle and seal it.
7. When drinking, take about 10g, pour it into warm water and mix well.
Experience sharing: the water for making jujube tea should not be higher than 60 degrees, otherwise it will destroy the nutritional components of honey.
