Ingredients: fish120g, 5 slices of ginger with skin, 45ml of sesame oil, 0g of medlar12g, and 350ml of water.
The method of medlar fish soup:
1. Wash the materials;
2. Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat it over high fire. After adding ginger slices, turn to low heat and fry until brown, but not brown;
3. Add fish and water to boil, add medlar to low heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and serve.
