Teaching steps of twenty-four Tai Ji Chuan:

The first section: rising, white crane with bright wings, step by step with a sword.

Bend your knees and press down, shift the center of gravity to your left foot, step back with your right foot, lift the ball in front of you, move the center of gravity back, and let the crane shine its wings. Put your left foot on the inside of your right foot, twist and bend your arm, lunge and press your fingers, step up, wear a sword, move your center of gravity forward, separate your hands from your waist, twist the sword, hold the sword in your right hand, step up, step by step (tip down, wrist up).

Section 2: Wild horses jump and stab swords.

Turn right with your right foot, twist the sword with your right hand, lunge and intercept the sword, press your waist with your hands, shift your center of gravity to your right leg, stab the sword in the previous step and lift your knee in the previous step. The center of gravity sinks, kicks the sword, steps down, rushes forward, and lifts the hind feet. Okay, step down, press it, stab the sword. Move your center of gravity back, turn left, buckle your feet, lift your knees and close your sword. Ok, turn around, take the tiptoe as the axis, take a break and stab the sword.

Section 3: Hook the legs, split the sword and point the sword in an imaginary step.

Palm up, get up and carry a sword, turn around and pick a sword in vain. Turn the sword up and down, split the sword with legs, split the sword with hook legs, step on it, and point the sword with imaginary steps.

Section 4: Twist the sword, sprint the sword and kick the sword in the previous step.
