Composition:

Kelp | soybean | ribs | ginger

Exercise:

Soak soybeans in clear water for more than 4 hours in advance, untie the kelp knots and cut them into sections;

Wash ribs and onion ginger cooking wine with cold water, boil a pot of boiling water, add ribs and soybeans and stew for 40 minutes;

Add kelp and stew for 30 minutes. Season with salt and serve.

Add some pepper and chopped green onion, it will taste better ~

Tips:

1. Some fresh kelp will have a sticky substance when cooked, which is edible. If you mind, you can skim or blanch it in advance.

2. Boil pig bones in cold water, and skim off the floating foam when cooking, otherwise the floating foam will adhere to the bones for a long time;

3. Soybeans can be soaked overnight and boiled easily.

This kelp sparerib soup is really too fresh and sweet for my wife! ! There are children, old people and pregnant women at home, which is super suitable for this.
