Erdong longan decoction: nourishing heart, spleen and yin
Ingredients: 50g longan pulp, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g, asparagus 10g, rock sugar 10g, egg white 1g, and a little starch.

Practice Wash the longan pulp, fully moisten the asparagus and cut it into thin slices.

Soak Ophiopogon japonicus in clear water for one night, remove internal stalks, wash and smash rock sugar.

Put asparagus, Ophiopogon japonicus, longan pulp and rock sugar into a saucepan, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil with strong fire, and then simmer for 25 minutes. Add starch and egg white and cook into soup.

Take it every day.
