There are two "golden defecation times" a day, and people with constipation have hope.
There are two "prime defecation times" in a day, namely "prime time" in the morning and defecation time after meals.

1, morning "prime time"

Getting up in the morning is the natural time for defecation, because people will experience a series of physical changes after waking up in the morning, including the process from lying to sitting and then arriving at the station, which stimulates the peristalsis of the colon and helps to promote defecation. Therefore, the morning is the "golden time" for defecation.

2. Defecation time after meals

It is also one of the best times to defecate after meals. Food after meals stimulates the gastrointestinal tract and awakens the natural defecation reflex. This period usually occurs between 30 minutes after meals and 1 hour. Therefore, it is suggested to go to the toilet at a fixed time after meals and cultivate "defecation reflex" to help prevent constipation.

Precautions for defecation

1, defecation time should not be too long.

Don't sit on the toilet for too long when defecating. The best time to defecate is 5~ 10 minutes.

Step 2 concentrate on defecation

It is important to concentrate when defecating. Avoid distractions when defecating, such as not playing mobile phones, playing games and reading newspapers. Concentration helps to better grasp the timing of defecation and avoid unnecessary exertion.

Step 3 drink enough water

Adequate drinking water is essential to keep defecation smooth. Water helps to keep feces moist and reduce the difficulty of defecation. It is suggested that the daily drinking amount varies according to individual needs, but usually at least eight glasses of water should be drunk every day.
