Methods One-time flash fire method was used.
Take cotton balls or gauze with hemostatic forceps and dip them in 95% alcohol. The lighted cotton ball is quickly taken out after rotating several times in the cylinder to avoid touching the cylinder mouth. Then quickly buckle the can at the cupping position and leave the can for 5- 10 minutes;
Method 2: Fire throwing method
Dip a small cotton ball in 95% alcohol and light it. Put the burning alcohol cotton ball into a jar, and then gently place the jar on the surgical site for 5- 10 minutes. It should be noted that this method is suitable for storing cans on the side to avoid burning cotton balls and scalding the skin. Round cans must be used instead of flat cans.
Methods Three cupping methods were used.
When lifting a can, hold the can with one hand and press the skin around the mouth of the can with the other hand, and the can will come loose. Never pull directly, so as not to damage the skin.
Special instructions:
1, don't use too much alcohol when dipping with cotton balls to avoid alcohol dripping and scalding the skin;
2. A round and blunt jar mouth with no acute angle should be used to avoid scratching the skin;
3, when cupping, the room temperature should not be too low, about 20℃ is appropriate, avoiding the tuyere, so as to avoid patients catching cold;
4. You can't take a bath immediately after cupping. It is recommended to rest before taking a bath 12 hours.
