From head to toe, the five dampness-removing acupoints of the body are Baihui, Dazhui, Shenque, Yinling Spring and Yongquan.

1 Baihui point

Location: The intersection of the head center line and the line connecting the two ears is roughly in the center of the head.

Massage method: pat or rub Baihui point back and forth for 3-5 minutes, preferably with a feeling of fever. In addition, you can also light the moxa stick and smoke this acupoint with moxibustion.

Efficacy: If the acupoint is invaded by moisture, it is easy to cause headache, head swelling and dizziness, and the head feels as heavy as wearing a hat. Stimulating this acupoint is helpful to straighten out qi movement, eliminate stagnation, and also strengthen the brain and soothe the nerves.

2 Dazhui point

Location: The protruding bone in the middle of the nape of the neck, at the junction of the nape of the neck, is the lower edge of the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra. When taking points, move your neck, just above the motionless joints.

Massage method: bow your head, put your hands and fingers crossed at Dazhui point, and rub Dazhui point back and forth with your thumb until Dazhui point is hot.

3 Shenque point

Massage method: Knead the abdomen clockwise, or light moxa stick moxibustion, fumigation points; Or apply Cao essential oil to abdomen and warm it with hot water bag; Or use a moxa stick box, light it and fix it on the abdomen for 20 minutes. Be careful not to get too hot.

Efficacy: Acupoints are invaded by moisture, which will cause spleen and stomach discomfort, abdominal distension and sticky stool. Women are prone to gynecological inflammation such as increased leucorrhea and poor menstrual blood. The abdomen itself should be kept warm, and stimulating Shenque point is helpful to strengthen the spleen and dampness.

4 Yongquan point

Location: The sole of the foot, the first third of the connecting line between the suture heads of the second and third toes and the heel, and find acupuncture points in the middle of the forefoot of the sole.
