Foot-soaking prescription

● Insomnia foot bath prescription

20g of Schisandra chinensis, 20g of Cyperus rotundus, 30g of Polygonum Multiflori Radix, 30g of Polygonum Multiflori Radix, 30g of Stemona Radix and 30g of Acorus gramineus.

Usage: Wrap in gauze and boil in water for 50 minutes. When the water temperature drops to about 40℃, soak it in steam foot bath for 30 minutes, once a day/kloc-0, and repeat each dose for 2~3 days.

● Chen Xiangzu washes his feet.

Foot bath powder: sodium carboxymethyl starch, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, dried alum, Lithargyrum, Fructus Cnidii.

Traditional Chinese medicine oil: water, glycerin, patchouli, Elsholtzia, honeysuckle and safflower.

For external use, take a small packet of medicinal powder, add 1000- 1200ml of boiling water, drop 5ml of traditional Chinese medicine oil, and stir to dissolve. ● Prescription for Warming Meridian and Dispelling Cold

30g of Zingiber officinale, 30g of rattan, 30g of Gentiana macrophylla, 20g of Cinnamomum cassia, 30g of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, 30g of Xu Changqing, 30g of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, and 0/5g of safflower.

Usage: Wrap in gauze and boil in water for 50 minutes. When the water temperature drops to about 40℃, soak it in steam foot bath for 30 minutes.
