Less oil and less salt is a healthy lifestyle. Excessive intake of oil and salt is a common dietary problem for urban and rural residents in China. Excessive oil intake will increase the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis; Excessive salt intake will increase the risk of hypertension; Excessive sugar intake will increase the risk of overweight and obesity.

To develop a light diet, eat less oil, less salt and less sugar.
