I want to meditate on Buddhism. Please advise me.
If you believe in Buddhism, knowing and practicing Qigong are two different concepts. As long as you are not practicing tantra, you must first get rid of all kinds of physical feelings, such as qi, meridians and abdomen. Buddhism says that body and mind are illusions and the world is empty. As an illusion, let alone talking about the pulse. When practicing Buddhism, all feelings are idealistic and belong to delusion.

And then what you call purity. I don't know whether you are going to practice Jing Zong's Buddhist practice or Zen meditation. Let's talk about these two briefly:

Buddhist chanting is the most important root of pure Buddhism. The so-called heart is not chaotic, and the heart is not reversed. We usually call it meditation, but how to achieve meditation is not easy to talk about. Generally speaking, the following three methods can be adopted:

One: I recall that Amitabha (or other ten Buddhas in the Third World) mourned all sentient beings and turned to the realm of Buddhism, but all sentient beings were confused and turned their illusions into truth. If children wander and suffer outside, they don't know that a loving mother will always miss them. Buddha-chanting should be like a prodigal son who misses his mother, always caring and thinking, so that they can conform to the meaning of Buddha and finally get the guidance of Buddha. Therefore, when we think of Buddha, we regard Buddha as a loving mother who always cares about us and other sentient beings. When we know what Buddha means, we should also think of Buddha in our hearts and miss Buddha as much as our mother in our hometown. This is the way to remember.

Two: awareness, all beings are usually crazy, but they don't know that pure awareness is as primitive as immobility. What is pure awareness? When we know that all knowledge and awareness of all sentient beings are born of self-nature, this is the "source of emptiness, the source of emptiness." This kind of awareness is not possessed by our six roots, but the embodiment of awareness all the time. What people see and hear in dreams is actually the embodiment of thinking function, which can produce dreams. Therefore, we should read Buddha with our true self, not with confusion and confusion. Just don't pursue the voice in your mouth, but use our perception to feel the Buddhist names we recite. We can choose one of all kinds of awareness, and we are used to smelling it. We use it to "feel" the Buddha's name from the deep heart, and we can't afford any delusion in our awareness. This is the awareness method.

Three: concept, practicing Buddhism is to cultivate the mind and cultivate the nature. The heart of all beings is no different from that of Buddha, and it is everywhere. When you recite the Buddha, you can visualize yourself and the Buddha becoming one. Buddha is me, and I am Buddha. In the early stage, it can be consistent with the Buddha's state in external form, such as sticking a fingerprint like the Buddha and taking the same sitting or standing posture as the Buddha. When you achieve the unity of Buddha and Buddha in visualization, it will be natural.

If you can't concentrate on Buddha, you can read Buddha alternately in these three ways and experience it in turn with different moods. If you persist in this way, you will be pure and innocent.

If you can't meditate regularly, you should know that the world of all beings is like a dream, with me in the dream and my feelings in the dream. However, this feeling actually comes from the thinking ontology that produces dreams, and so does the world. Although we are watching and listening, this perception actually comes from that beautiful and sincere heart. Practicing Buddhism is like a dreamer trying to wake up. There are three ways: first, be quiet and eliminate illusions, so that the mind will not escape from the outside world. It's extravagant to rub him. Second, hold an illusion view, regard the world as an illusion, body and mind are equal and indifferent, and even the body is no different from mountains and rivers. Because of illusion, the heart is not chasing. It is clear that the world is like the heart, just like a dream. When you know it is a dream, the dream wakes up. This is samadhi. Third, be conscious. The world is expressed through consciousness, and so is the body and mind. The mind perceives the world without thinking, is clear but not persistent, so it returns to conscious awareness, then the mind perceives the world, and then all ten worlds understand it. This is Zen.

If you feel that your heart is showing, you don't need to look for it. If you follow three situations, you will feel that your heart is always there and your heart is straight.

I hope the above is helpful to you. You can show your heart to Buddha, Buddha and Bodhisattva, and all beings in the world care for you, and your merits are boundless. I wish you fruitful results at an early date. (If you have any new questions, please ask them.)
