"Samurai Spirit" of Taiji Master
When the first ray of sunshine in the morning shines into the "Gusu City" outside the "Hanshan Temple", the ancient city of Suzhou with black and white background wakes up in the surrounding of flowing water and green trees.

In the sports center square, the early exercisers of the city show all their vitality here, such as long-distance running, dancing, basketball and badminton.

The crowd quickly gathered, and all eyes were focused on an elderly soldier wearing a silver-white silk Tai Chi robe.

Gray hair, tall figure, bright eyes and introverted personality.

The old boxers played Artest Tai Ji Chuan, but it was completely different from the slow and gentle Tai Ji Chuan that people remembered: the action range was extremely great, the footwork was fast and slow, and the boxing path was also rigid and soft, with "white cranes shining their wings", "tall horses", "cloud hands" and "whirlwind feet" ...

I saw that every movement of his fist was clear and lively, and every movement was generous. Sometimes it completes a light and elegant spin in the air like an eagle, and sometimes it kills prey quickly and fiercely like a lion. His boxing posture gradually achieved the perfect integration of strength and beauty, and realized the coordination of fast and slow. Occasionally let out a scream, exhaled breath, an earth-shattering energy burst out.

Just looking at this vigorous skill and the momentum of swallowing mountains and rivers, it is hard to imagine that this is an old man who is nearly eighty years old.

Old man Huang, who has been practicing martial arts since childhood, has been practicing martial arts hard for nearly 70 years. He studied under Chen Jiagou Tai Ji Chuan master Ma Hong, who is the first12nd generation descendant of authentic Chen Tai Ji Chuan. Member of Chinese Wushu Association, President of Suzhou Chen Shi Tai Ji Chuan Professional Committee, Suzhou Wushu Master.

Huang is from Suzhou. When I was a child, I was a "sick seedling" with extremely weak congenital constitution. He is always sick with a cold. Coupled with malnutrition at home, he is anaemic. He went to the bathhouse several times for a long time and would faint. In order to see a doctor, his mother often goes to Xumen famous doctor for acupuncture, but she can't cure the root cause.

Fortunately, after a very accidental meeting with the master, Huang formed an indissoluble bond with martial arts, and embarked on a long and arduous road of practice, completely rewriting his life direction.

Huang is a "martial artist" who has the determination to pursue the improvement of martial arts and a strong desire to keep fit.

Zhang Ziyuan, the first teacher, is a famous martial artist of Shaolin Sect. He laid a solid basic skill of Shaolin Sect for Huang. He hung an 80-kg iron bucket on his leg to practice his feet, smashed bricks with his bare hands, wrapped his fists in cotton, and fought with his younger brother ... Huang became a strong young man in a few years and completely got rid of the "sick seedling" physique.

"Wu Chi" Huang traveled all over the country when he was young, visiting famous teachers. In his twenties, he studied seven-star mantis boxing in Suzhou; in his thirties, he studied Babaomen hard qigong in Mowendan; in his forties, he was a master of Shaolin Qigong in Bainan, Guangxi; and in his forties, he went to Shijiazhuang to worship Ma Hong, the 11th descendant of Chen Taiji, to practice Tai Ji Chuan as a teacher. ...

After decades of hard work, Huang's martial arts realm has advanced by leaps and bounds, and he has developed a set of "real kung fu" without any clever thinking.

After learning many schools of martial arts and tricks, Huang began his own thinking about martial arts. At the age of 40, Huang studied Chen's Tai Ji Chuan, and found that it has infinite wonderful uses. He gradually gave up other martial arts moves and began to concentrate on one subject. Six years later, Huang came to a conclusion that Tai Ji Chuan's exercise and fitness effect is the best and endless among all the kungfu he has learned.

After decades of self-cultivation and more than ten years of exploration and thinking, Huang finally established a unique set of fitness and health preservation methods. Master Huang's own martial arts method not only absorbs the essence of traditional martial arts, but also takes into account the basic laws of modern sports science, which is suitable for all kinds of people to practice.

Teenagers practicing martial arts can promote their growth and development, strengthen their physique and improve their immunity. Adults practicing martial arts can enhance physical fitness, self-defense, cultivate sentiment and enhance vitality. Practicing martial arts for women is helpful for beauty, shaping body and regulating endocrine function. Practicing martial arts for the elderly can increase flexibility, recuperate chronic diseases and delay physical aging.

Huang's wife became weaker and weaker after giving birth, and tried many methods of nursed back to health to no avail, so she followed Huang to learn Tai Chi. Now, she is nearly 80 years old, and her bones and muscles are becoming more and more flexible and robust. His apprentice Xiao Du suffered from insomnia for more than ten years and lived by taking sleeping pills. After practicing qigong for several years, I have no symptoms and my face is getting rosy. His eldest disciple, Lao Bao, suffered from severe diabetes and hypertension before, and was a typical "three highs" crowd. After more than ten years of practice, not only the physical examination indexes are normal, but also his physical strength is getting better and better. ...

Today, Huang's health is even better than most young people in their thirties and forties. He is full of energy, flexible in mind, immune to diseases, and all the indexes of physical examination are up to standard. He often jokes: "If my peers come to a health contest, I am confident that I can win the first place."

For some time, the discussion on whether there is "real kung fu" in traditional Wushu on the Internet is particularly fierce. From time to time, there are news that the master was knocked down by "a freedom fighter" two or three times.

In Huang's view, China's traditional martial arts is by no means a decoration, and its martial arts can be used in "actual combat". Many boxing techniques he practiced since childhood, whether Shaolin Boxing, Seven-Star Manta Boxing or Chen Taiji Chuan, can defeat the enemy. When he was young, he used to beat three strong gangsters with martial arts.

However, Huang believes that in the contemporary peaceful and orderly society, the offensive and defensive function of Wushu is not great, and the urgent task for China people is to have a strong body, so Wushu should pay more attention to the effect of fitness and health preservation, especially for teenagers.

At present, China's education does not pay enough attention to sports, and children's immunity is generally poor. Every time the season changes, children's hospitals everywhere are overcrowded. The ravages of COVID-19 require us to pay more attention to physical health and scientific exercise. If parents only pay attention to their grades and ignore the improvement of their physical fitness, they will put the cart before the horse.

Huang personally trained his granddaughter with savvy exercise methods. She was strong and not sick. Not only that, the little girl is more flexible, witty and energetic than her peers.

After physical exercise, Huang's mind has become more and more flexible. For more than 30 years, he has achieved great success in clothing and medicine shopping malls. Now he has a rich life, a happy family and a full house of children and grandchildren. It can be said that he has achieved happiness in body, economy and life, but he still can't let go of a "wish" in his heart.

It is a "dream of inheritance" to pass on the essence of excellent Wushu from generation to generation, and a "dream of fitness" to make China people better. As he grew older, his desire to pass on what he had learned all his life became stronger and stronger.

After years of deliberation and years of experience accumulated in free teaching, Huang decided to set up Master Huang's martial arts hall to teach in person at such an age, select outstanding disciples, and promote his magical exercise methods through martial arts, so that more teenagers can benefit from martial arts.

As the saying goes: loyal souls burn the road of fighters, and a Dan heart shines on Kun.
