Twelve methods of health exercise guidance
Fitness qigong? The twelve-guide regimen is one of the new methods of organizational innovation in the Health Qigong Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, and Beijing Sport University undertakes the research task.
The new method is based on 1974, and more than 50 sets of formulas 12, which are compiled and popularized by Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sport University.
