Do you recommend any summer drinks?
Drink more ready-made drinks at school, usually bottled drinks. Often drink: Coke, tea π, water-soluble C, iced black tea (super delicious ice), mirinda (grape-flavored, my favorite), 7-up (basically not now), queer orange juice. ...

Generally, in addition to mineral water, there are girls' favorite yogurt! Quan Wei yogurt is the first choice, except it's a little expensive, but it's really delicious and has all kinds of flavors.

Now that you are working, you should pay attention to maintenance. Comrades who want to keep fit and lose weight can have a look. Here are some summer drinks I often make, which are simple, convenient and delicious.

Original herbal tea:

Raw materials: 5~7 grams of tea, 500ml of purified water, tea and water can be increased or decreased in equal proportion.

Production method: put tea and water into a pot and put it in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours. To make it in the office, just put it in the refrigerator before work the night before, and you can drink cool and refreshing herbal tea the next morning.

Bitter gourd sprite:

Ingredients: a bitter gourd, Sprite 500ml, Lycium barbarum, honey, lemon 1-2 tablets and cold water.

Production method:

Cut the bitter gourd in half and remove the white pulp. ?

Lycium barbarum soaked first

Boil a pot of boiling water, drop a drop of oil after the water boils (it can make bitter gourd green, and any blanched vegetables can use this method), then add the cut bitter gourd and pick it up immediately after it turns green.

After washing water, soak it in cold boiled water for 5 minutes.

Let's cut lemon slices at this time. I cut two pieces.

After 5 minutes, pick up the bitter gourd soaked in step 5, put it in another clean bowl, add Lycium barbarum, lemon slices and honey, then pour Sprite, immediately seal it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours or even longer!

These are two summer drinks that I have often cooked recently. If you have time, you can try them.
