A friend of mine is very keen on fitness. He has a light diet, does not eat spicy food, ice or alcohol, but he is not too hungry. Eat normally at noon in the morning, don't eat staple food for dinner, and run 6 to 8 kilometers every day.

The problem is that she has a really good figure, good skin and good complexion. I also want to be a health expert, but as long as I keep my mouth shut. I used to run for more than half an hour at night, and it was really comfortable to sweat.

Especially in summer, I feel relaxed after sweating, and my skin is white, tender and shiny. More importantly, I am in good health, except for occasional rhinitis, cold and fever. But now the environment is poor, people are lazy and don't insist on running. I deeply feel that my physical quality is much worse.
