1. Keep the balance of Yin and Yang.
The autumnal equinox season is equal to day and night, so our health care should also conform to the laws of nature, follow the principle of balance between yin and yang, and achieve the so-called "Yin and Pingyang are secret and spiritual".
Sleep is a good way to keep the balance between yin and yang, so you must sleep well at noon. Children at 23:00- 1 at night are the most abundant yin in the human body. When the yang is born, you should sleep at this time, which will help the yang to rise in the body. Noon is 1 1 to 1, just the opposite of noon. The human body is full of yang and yin. Rest at this time is conducive to the growth of yin. Both noon and noon are the time of intercourse between yin and yang, so these two periods must be well maintained to balance the growth and decline of yin and yang. If you stay up late to study and work when you should rest, it will disturb the yin and yang in your body and make it unbalanced.
Second, the diet should be balanced and not partial eclipse. Cereals, fruits, vegetables and meat should be properly ingested to ensure a balanced intake of protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and water. In addition, three meals a day should be arranged reasonably and follow the principle of eating well early, eating well in the middle and eating less at night. Don't gobble when eating, chew slowly, so that the stomach can better digest and absorb the nutrients in the food.
In short, the key to maintaining the balance between Yin and Yang is to be just right, not too much and not too short. Not too much and not too short is the best state. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and your body always feels like spring breeze, so that your work can be full of vitality and creativity.
2. Prevent "cold drying"
The weather in autumn is dry, and there is residual heat before the autumnal equinox, which is warmer and drier; After the autumnal equinox, bursts of autumn wind hit, causing the temperature to drop gradually and the cold to get heavier and heavier, so there was more coolness and dryness. Cold and dryness are most likely to damage lung yin, resulting in body fluid deficiency.
First of all, I suggest that you do more exercise in the autumn equinox, which can not only regulate lung qi, but also improve the function of lung organs, which is conducive to enhancing the immune function of various tissues and organs and the body's resistance to external cold stimuli.
In terms of diet, we should eat more warm foods, such as sesame seeds, walnuts and glutinous rice. Besides, we can eat more fruits and vegetables, especially white radish and carrot, which are bitter, sweet or have lung-lowering effects. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "Yang is nourished in spring and summer, and Yin is nourished in autumn and winter". Old people with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang should not eat warm products, such as dog meat and mutton. White-collar workers in foreign companies usually eat greasy food, and eat more fruits and vegetables, such as lilies, yams, red dates, pumpkins, bamboo shoots and green leafy vegetables. At the same time, pay attention to replenish water in time and drink more warm water, light tea, fruit juice, soybean milk, milk and so on. Keep the normal humidity of the lungs and respiratory tract. Sydney is a very good fruit to deal with autumn dryness, but for a small number of people with deficiency and cold constitution, eating Sydney directly is prone to abdominal distension and diarrhea. We can stew Sydney with rock sugar to achieve a cool and moist effect.
3. Exercise should be three-proof
Prevent excessive exercise. Autumn is crisp, which is a good time to exercise. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that autumn is the main period of convergence, and at this time, the yin essence and yang spirit of the human body are in the stage of convergence and internal nourishment, so the amount of exercise should not be too large to prevent excessive sweating and loss of yang spirit.
Beware of catching cold. Do some warm-up activities before exercise, and then take off your coat when you are hot. It is advisable to sweat slightly when exercising. Put on clothes in time after exercise, replenish water and prevent colds.
Prevent sports injuries. In the low temperature environment, the stretching degree of human muscle ligaments will be significantly reduced, and the joint mobility will be reduced, which is easy to cause injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Therefore, we must be fully prepared before each exercise to prevent sports injuries.
