Hand meridian exercises are health exercises arranged according to the theory of meridians and acupoints. They act on acupoints and meridians in various parts by patting, patting, kneading, pressing or cooperating with breathing, thus prompting the body to make corresponding adjustments, and playing the roles of dredging meridians, harmonizing qi and blood, balancing yin and yang, and regulating emotions.
Consciously guiding movements in the whole exercise process is a special "neurogymnastics" for the central nervous system.
"Neurogymnastics" can effectively alleviate the high tension caused by various pressures. It plays an important role in promoting the physiological function and immune function of human organs.
