I. Project background

Daoyuan Holy City 1# plot is located in Hemingshan, Dayi County and belongs to Daoyuan Holy City Scenic Area. Hemingshan is the birthplace of Taoism in China and a famous Taoist mountain. Sanfeng Village, Heming Township, located in the west of Chengdu, Sichuan, and in the northwest of Dayi County 12km, belongs to Minshan Mountains, with an altitude of 1000m, with Qingcheng Mountain (about 30km) in the north, Emei Mountain (about 120km) in the south and Wushan Mountain (about10) in the west. It is named after the shape of a crane in the mountain, a stone crane hidden in the mountain and a crane in the mountain. It is one of the four famous mountains in ancient Jiannan, and the natural landscape resources in the region are extremely rich.

Second, the design concept

The project uses scenic spot design techniques to tap the charm of architectural features and give vitality to the art and culture of scenic spots. The overall landscape framework takes the planning main road landscape axis as the main axis and the "entrance square-central square" as the landscape core, and plans to form an overall landscape framework with one axis and multiple nodes and five landscape divisions:

Axis 1: Planning the main axis of the entrance square-the central square landscape.

Multi-node: multiple landscape nodes such as parks, squares, greening and water bodies in the planning area.

Five sub-zones: square leisure zone, parking zone, cultural and sports zone, riverside building zone and riverside landscape zone.

The vision of this project focuses on creating the characteristic landscape of the plot and guiding the landscape design with scientific ideas. The landscape system of scenic spots is composed of landscape nodes, portal nodes, landscape axis, landscape control interface and important landscape control areas. Through the establishment of landscape system, we can create scenic spots with the characteristics of the times and regions.

At the same time, scientifically lay out the landscape axis. Landscape axis refers to the formation of a unified and continuous landscape system through the systematic layout of landscape. The planning considers the greening layout on both sides of the main road, and at the same time combines the flexible layout and rich facade of the building to form the main landscape axis of the scenic spot.

In addition, fully tap the characteristics and cultural connotation of Daoyuan Holy City, and strive to create a new scenic image of Daoyuan Holy City. According to the requirements of the development of scenic spots, provide residents with a safe, convenient and comfortable environment and space. And make use of existing rivers, adopt rolling dams, make full use of water resources, and create comfortable and livable leisure places.
