How to eat tender tofu
Ordinary tofu is staged on the table of ordinary people's homes every day. Without superb cooking skills, tofu can make many delicious dishes with a little change. Lactone tofu is what we often call tender tofu. It abandons the old generation of brine and gypsum, uses gluconolactone as coagulant, and adds trehalose, vegetable gum and other substances to keep water, so it tastes very tender and smooth.

Today, I will share with you some home-cooked practices of tender tofu, which are delicious and easy to make. My family will eat it several times a week.

First, cold and tender tofu

Ingredients: a piece of tender tofu, onion, pepper and chives.

Soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chili oil, a little salt.

Exercise:

1. Put the tender tofu slices into a plate and pour out the excess water.

2. Chop onions, peppers and shallots and sprinkle them on tofu.

3. sauce mixing: mix a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chili oil and salt and pour them on tofu.

Tips:

If you like spicy food, you can put the cut tender tofu in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Second, steamed eggs with tofu and shrimp.

I like shrimp and tofu, so I put them together. They are very fresh and delicious, and of course the production process is extremely simple.

Ingredients: tender tofu 1 box of eggs 1 grain of clear water 100g of shrimp.

A leek, a steamed fish, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of salt and a little sesame oil.

Exercise:

Cut the tender tofu into small pieces and beat the eggs well for later use.

Rub the shrimp with a spoonful of salt, then rinse and drain.

Put the tofu in the dish and pour out the oozing water. Add a little salt to the eggs, 100 water.

Sift the egg liquid twice, pour it on the tofu, wrap it with plastic wrap, and steam it in the pot for about 15 minutes.

Sauce mixing: steam fish black soybean oil and sesame oil, add a spoonful of water and stir well for later use.

After the steamed eggs are cooked, remove the plastic wrap, add the salted shrimp and steam for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with sauce and chopped green onion before serving.

Third, tofu with meat sauce

This tofu is made of Laoganma Douchi sauce and meat foam. When the hot meat sauce is poured on tofu, tofu instantly becomes alive and fragrant, which may be the reason why people can't stop eating tofu.

Ingredients: tender tofu, minced meat, 100g Laoganma Douchi sauce, one spoonful of leek.

Take a spoonful of salt.

Exercise:

Slices of tender tofu are steamed in the pot for 8 minutes, or bitten in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry minced meat, stir-fry soy sauce and Laoganma evenly, and add a little salt.

Stir-fried meat sauce is poured on tofu and sprinkled with chopped green onion.

No matter how delicious the big meal in the restaurant outside is, I still feel very comfortable and delicious when I eat it. It often looks ordinary and doesn't taste amazing, but how to eat it is not boring, because that is the "taste of home".
