How old can you live? It depends on how empty you are! Test it yourself.
The purpose of our daily health preservation is not only to maintain physical and mental health and happiness without pain, but also to prevent diseases in advance. In our daily life, cold and humidity do great harm to our health. Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a classic treatise by Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Cold is the source of all diseases, so whether it is health preservation or treatment, we must first dispel cold. Dampness is an obstacle to the rise of yang, while deficiency is a manifestation of the decline of body function, and blood stasis is one of the important reasons leading to the obstruction of meridians and the poor operation of qi and blood, which leads to the decline of body tissue and organ function. Our bodies are often weak because of cold and dampness, and weakness leads to other reasons. It is very important to master the general law of disease occurrence for disease prevention.

1, what is "virtual"? People's physical weakness is called physical weakness in Chinese medicine, and the weakness of chronic diseases is called deficiency syndrome. Furthermore, weakness is divided into qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency and two kinds of deficiency (qi yin, qi and blood, yin and yang). If the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney are combined, then each organ has the types of weakness of qi, blood and yin and yang, such as lung qi deficiency and spleen yang deficiency. Our Chinese medicine pays attention to balance, the human body is full of qi and blood, and the yin and yang are balanced, that is health; Deficiency and imbalance are weakness and need to be nourished and conditioned; What is superfluous is the pathogenic factors, which must be eliminated in order to restore the balance and health of the body.

2. Cold begins with deficiency. Deficiency syndrome and exterior syndrome are easy to spread inward or directly to viscera; Frostbite is easy to occur in winter, which is more common in the syndrome of yin exuberance and yang decline, and it is easy to have symptoms such as dampness stagnation, edema and phlegm and blood stasis. Body cold is a negative constitution, generally medium or fat, but weak and prone to fatigue; Pale face, less luster; Eat less, digestion and absorption function is average; Usually afraid of cold and like hot, or low body temperature; Pale lips and tongue, slow pulse, introverted, reticent, or timid and easily surprised; Weak energy, slow movement, slow reaction and weak sexual desire. They are vulnerable to yin evil such as cold and dampness, and show cold syndrome after onset. Because this constitution is weak in yang, it develops for a long time, the function of viscera declines, and water is endogenous, thus forming pathological constitutions such as yang deficiency, phlegm dampness and water drinking, which are common in clinic.

3, cold and wet * * *. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cold and dampness include exogenous cold and dampness and endogenous cold and dampness. Exogenous cold and dampness, qi and blood circulation blocked; Cold and dampness are trapped inside and damage spleen yang, or spleen and kidney yang deficiency and cold and dampness stay inside. The common symptoms of exogenous cold and dampness are joint and muscle pain; Endogenous cold and dampness are manifested as chills, cold limbs, abdominal pain and diarrhea, or edema. Dampness and coldness are mostly caused by spleen deficiency. If the air outside the body is wet and cold, it will lead to spleen deficiency and wet and cold syndrome, and the evil of wet and cold will appear in the human body. To solve the evil of dampness and cold, it is necessary to eliminate dampness and warm the middle warmer. Don't eat cold food in the diet, so as not to hurt the spleen and aggravate the dampness and coldness.

4, cold and wet for a long time, qi stagnation and blood stasis. If this person has yang deficiency for a long time, yin and cold stagnate, qi and blood stagnate, and the heart is weak, it may lead to sudden heartache, heartburn and breathlessness. When the weather is cold or suddenly becomes cold, it is easier to get sick or get worse. Chest pain in traditional Chinese medicine is actually commonly referred to as cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease.

5, wind, cold, wet invasion of the human body, leading to poor qi and blood, meridian disharmony, will inevitably lead to blood stasis. Blood stasis is not good. First, blood stasis is inaction. Second, poor blood circulation is blood stasis; Third, the blood separated during menstruation is blood stasis. Stagnation of blood stasis hinders qi movement and blocks meridians. Blood stasis is a tangible evil. If it stays in the body, it will inevitably affect the smooth flow of qi, block the smooth flow of meridians and lead to poor blood circulation.

6, cold pathogen stagnation, yang deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, then limb pain; At night, the yang is turned off, so the pain is aggravated; Qi and blood stasis, limb dystrophy, it is difficult to walk, dry and cold skin, muscle atrophy; Qi and blood stagnate in the pulse, and yang pulse disappears; Blood stasis, dark red or purplish red toe skin, dark red tongue or ecchymosis.

7. Long-term stagnation of qi and blood may induce tumors, which can be divided into benign and malignant. In ancient medical books, they were generally named according to their characteristics, such as thyroid tumor called gallstones, liver cancer called hepatolithiasis, breast cancer called mastoid, intestinal cancer called intestinal mushroom, lung cancer called pneumochysis, esophageal cancer called diaphragmatic choking, and gastric cancer called nausea and vomiting. "Accumulation" refers to various internal organs.
