Preparation method and formula of health-preserving fruit tea
1. Lemon grass tea

Formula:

-Three lemongrass.

-1 bag of black tea

-600 ml of hot water

-Right amount of ice

-Right amount of honey

Exercise:

1) Wash the citronella and cut it into small pieces for later use.

2) Add hot water to the teapot, add black tea bag and lemon grass, and let it stand for 3-5 minutes.

3) Pour the tea leaves into the cup, add some honey and stir well.

4) Add some ice cubes and enjoy.

2. Strawberry green tea

Formula:

-2 bags of green tea

-10 fresh strawberries

-Right amount of ice

-500ml of hot water

Exercise:

1) Wash strawberries and cut them into small pieces.

2) Put the green tea bag into a cup, and soak it in hot water for 5- 10 minutes.

3) Put the strawberry block into the cup, add some ice cubes and stir well.

3. Fruit tea

Formula:

pineapple

-Watermelon 1/3

-Right amount of orange juice

-500ml of hot water

-Right amount of honey

Exercise:

1) Peel pineapple and watermelon and cut into small pieces.

2) Put the fruit pieces into a blender, and add an appropriate amount of orange juice to mix evenly.

3) Add hot water to the teacup, pour in the juice and honey and mix well.

4) Add some ice cubes and serve.

4. Lemon honey tea

Formula:

-Lemon 1

-Kumquat 2.

-Right amount of honey

-500ml of hot water

Exercise:

1) Wash lemon and kumquat, and cut into pieces for later use.

2) Pour hot water into the teacup, add lemon and kumquat slices and soak for 5 minutes.

3) Pour the honey into the teacup and stir well.

4) Add some ice cubes and serve.

5. Lotus root tea

Formula:

-1 fresh lotus root

-Right amount of brown sugar

-tea 1 bag

-500 ml of water

Exercise:

1) Peel and wash fresh lotus root, and cut into pieces for later use.

2) Pour water into the boiling water pot, add fresh lotus root slices, bring to a boil, and turn to low heat for about 10 minute.

3) Add brown sugar into the pot and stir well.

4) Put it in a tea bag and stew for 2-3 minutes.

5) Pour into a teacup and add some ice cubes to serve.
