Prescription for supplementing qi deficiency with medicated diet:
1. Wash each hen and chicken, put 30g longan, dried litchi, black jujube, lotus seed and medlar into the belly of the chicken, and add seasoning for steaming, which can replenish qi and nourish essence;

Avoid or eat less: buckwheat, grapefruit, orange, kumquat, kumquat cake, orange, water chestnut, raw radish, ground skeleton, mustard, Allium macrostemon, Junda, Amomum villosum, chrysanthemum, tea, alcohol and tobacco.
