Articles of Association of Inner Mongolia Dairy Association
Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 Name of the Association: Inner Mongolia Dairy Association. Its English name is Inner Mongolia Dairy Association, abbreviated as DAIM.

Article 2 Inner Mongolia Dairy Association is a non-profit trade organization voluntarily composed of dairy farming and dairy processing industries in the whole region, as well as relevant enterprises, institutions and individual operators serving them. It is a social group legal person.

Article 3 Purpose of this Association: to abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and relevant policies formulated by the state, to abide by social ethics, to assist the government in industry self-discipline, to play the role of coordination, service and rights protection in the industry, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and industries, to promote the all-round development of dairy industry in our region, and to contribute to the economic prosperity of the autonomous region.

Article 4 The Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department of the Autonomous Region is the competent department of the Association and gives professional guidance. The Civil Affairs Department of the Autonomous Region is the social registration management organ of the Association and accepts its supervision and management.

Article 5 The meeting place and office of this Association are located in the Agricultural Industrialization Office of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Agricultural Building of Beiyuan Street, Xincheng District, Hohhot.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 6 The business scope of this Association is:

(a) to publicize and implement the principles and policies of the party and the state on the development of animal husbandry and dairy industry;

(2) Organizing technical cooperation and economic cooperation among member units;

(three) to reflect the wishes and requirements of producers, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, assist government departments to regulate the self-discipline behavior of the industry, and promote fair competition among enterprises;

(four) to organize the investigation and study of the dairy market, grasp the market dynamics, collect and transmit information, and provide information services for improving the economic benefits of enterprises in this industry;

(five) to organize and promote the links between member units, promote the industrialization process and group management of dairy industry, and promote the two changes in the economic system and economic growth mode of dairy industry;

(six) to carry out technical consultation, organize technical training and scientific popularization, and improve the scientific and technological quality of employees;

(seven) to cooperate with the competent business departments to organize the joint breeding of dairy cows and the improvement of yellow cattle in the whole region;

(eight) to organize the research and development of new technologies, new processes and new products in dairy industry and the promotion of new technologies to promote the scientific and technological progress of dairy industry;

(nine) cooperate with relevant government departments to supervise the quality of dairy products;

(ten) to participate in the organization, formulation and revision of industry management standards and norms, to participate in the formulation of industry development planning, and to promote its implementation;

(eleven) to carry out scientific and technological exchanges and economic and technological cooperation with domestic and foreign dairy industry;

(twelve) to establish a good association publication;

(thirteen) to complete other tasks entrusted and assigned by government departments.

Chapter III Members

Article 7 The Association is divided into group members and individual members. All relevant enterprises and institutions (including scientific research institutions and universities) engaged in dairy farming and dairy processing and serving the dairy industry, as well as self-employed, joint ventures, foreign-funded enterprises and relevant business management departments can apply to join the association and become group members or individual members.

Experts, professors, scholars, engineers and technicians, and enterprise managers (including foreign scholars and retirees) who have made great contributions to the development of this industry can be employed as honorary positions or invited directors of the Association.

Article 8 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

(1) Supporting the articles of association;

(2) Voluntary application;

(3) It has a certain influence in dairy farming, dairy processing industry and related industries that serve the dairy industry.

Article 9 The procedures for joining the club are as follows:

(1) submitting an application for membership;

(2) discussed and adopted by the Council;

(3) The Council authorizes the Association Office to issue membership cards.

Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(two) to participate in various activities of this association;

(three) the priority of obtaining the service of this association;

(four) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;

(5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily.

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(a) to implement the resolutions of this Council;

(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this association;

(three) to complete the work assigned by the association;

(four) to pay the membership fee according to the regulations (the payment method shall be determined separately);

(five) to reflect the situation to the Association and provide statistical data and information on the production, operation and product development of the unit.

Article 12 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall notify the Association in writing and return his membership card; If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of this association for one year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

Article 13 If a member violates the Articles of Association and is voted by the Council or the Standing Council, he shall be removed from the membership.

Chapter IV Creation and Removal of Organizational Structure and Responsible Person

Article 14 The authority of this Association is the members' congress. The functions and powers of the members' congress are:

(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;

(2) Electing and dismissing directors;

(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council;

(4) Deciding to terminate.

(5) Deciding on other major matters.

Fifteenth members' congress can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives are present to vote.

Article 16 The general meeting of members shall be held every four years. Due to special circumstances, it is necessary to advance or postpone the general election, which shall be voted by the board of directors, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the association registration authority. However, the term of office shall not be extended for more than one year.

Article 17 The Council is the executive body of the general meeting of members, leading the association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and being responsible for the general meeting of members.

Article 18 The functions and powers of the Council are:

(a) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress;

(two) to elect and recall the chairman, vice chairman and secretary general;

(three) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;

(four) to report the work and financial situation to the members' congress;

(five) to decide to absorb or recall members;

(6) Deciding to establish offices, branches, representative offices and entities;

(seven) to decide the appointment and removal of the Deputy Secretary General and the principal responsible persons of various institutions;

(eight) to lead the institutions of the Association to carry out their work;

(nine) to formulate internal management system;

(10) To decide on other major matters.

Article 19 The board of directors shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two thirds of the directors are present.

Article 20 The Council shall meet at least once a year; When the situation is special, it will be held by communication.
