Xinpeng Chinese Medicine (1)
Hello, everyone, I'm Xin Peng, and I'd like to thank Sister Fang for inviting me to share some knowledge of Chinese medicine in the group. I have studied Chinese medicine for more than ten years. In recent years, Pan Shaotai, an 84-year-old Chinese medicine practitioner, has often followed his master to make house calls, sometimes helping to copy prescriptions, sometimes helping to take medicines, and practicing while learning. Under the guidance of the master, he studied Huangdi Neijing, Shennong Herbal Classic and Treatise on Febrile Diseases.

Last year, I opened a Chinese medicine health center to treat some common diseases for patients. It was also after opening the store last year that I came into contact with the five treasures of Artemisia argyi in Li Shizhen and applied them to daily conditioning work, and found that the curative effect was really good!

What I want to share with you today is how to treat some common and simple diseases by applying Li Shizhen to acupoints. I hope you can learn something after listening. The first disease is a cold.

? Cold should be one of the most common symptoms in life, such as dizziness, neck pain, fever, no sweat, runny nose, cold and so on. The biggest difference between the two is that the common cold is gradual, with a runny nose at first, then chills, sore joints and then a fever.

When you have a fever. People are basically conscious, not particularly uncomfortable, but the flu is different. The flu broke out suddenly, just a little uncomfortable in front of my throat, and then I had a fever the next day. I feel dizzy, and even some people can't get up. This sudden situation is probably the flu, which is a fever of traditional Chinese medicine.

The common cold is that the human body surface is eroded by cold, and the human body surface belongs to the lung tube, so the treatment idea is to treat the lung first.

Commonly used acupoints, Shu Fei, Dazhui, Fuliu and Fengliong, if the cold hasn't recovered in about five or six days, add Zusanli and Zulin to prevent the cold from deepening further.

Shu Fei point is the point where the human body's dirty qi and lungs are above the bladder meridian, and it is a good point for treating lung problems.

For this acupoint, moxibustion is generally used. First, two acupoints are attached horizontally, and then a large number of acupoints are applied. Dazhui point can improve the symptoms of fever and sweating, and Dazhui point can also improve human immunity and relieve neck pain. For this acupoint, we usually use Bian Shi plaster.

Fuliu point is the point of kidney meridian. The idea of tonifying kidney and treating cold has been circulating for a long time and has a good effect. Someone once made a metaphor, saying that if a person is compared to a big tree, then the kidney is equivalent to the root of the tree underground, and the leaves of the tree are human lungs. This metaphor vividly expounds the relationship between kidney and lung. Generally, Shuangtong points are pasted with bian stone.

Fenglong point is a good expectorant point in traditional Chinese medicine. Here? Clinically, it is used to relieve the symptoms of runny nose. Fenglong point belongs to the stomach meridian, and it is also conditioned with Bianshi ointment.

Zusanli and Zulinqi, because of the common cold, basically can they get well without taking medicine for 6 or 7 days?

But some people are weak and have poor resistance. After six or seven days, the virus cold virus has not been eliminated, but there is also the possibility of inward penetration, that is, the disease deepens and enters the deeper body from the skin surface. The virus passes through the stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian from outside to inside.

In Chinese medicine, it is called Yangming Shaoyang. Therefore, in order to cut off the inward route of the virus, we choose Zusanli point on the stomach meridian and Zulin point on the gallbladder meridian. When these two meridians are strengthened at the same time, the virus can only stay on the skin surface and cannot penetrate into the internal organs.

These two acupoints are generally treated with Bian Shi Ointment, which is a method for treating colds.

Talking about how to recuperate oral ulcer.

Oral ulcer is commonly known as excessive internal heat. I believe many people have the experience of getting angry and oral ulcer. Although it is not a serious illness, it is really painful. Every time you eat and drink water, you will have severe pain and have a great impact on your life. Generally, oral ulcer is treated by reducing fire and promoting fluid production. The selected acupoints are Yangchi, Neiting and Yongquan. Yangchi point is a point highly recommended by Tian Jian, a Japanese acupuncturist, in the book The Essence of Acupuncture. Through this, we can enhance the flow of liquid in the body and improve the speed of metabolism. After clinical use, we found that Yangchi point has a high curative effect, and Bian Shi plaster is widely used.

Neiting point is the point of stomach meridian, which can guide stomach fire downward. After the stomach fire drops, most oral ulcers will be relieved immediately and then healed. This acupoint is also a plaster statue.

The last one is Yongquan point, which is the point of kidney meridian. It can clear away heat, wake up, stop fire with water, lift the water stored in the lower part of the human body into the mouth, and solve the problem of getting angry. Choose a foot pad.
