Suggestion: 1. Idiopathic edema: after getting up in the morning, there is often mild edema on eyelids and face, which gradually decreases with activity. 2. Premenstrual edema: Some healthy women have symptoms such as eyelid swelling, irritability, insomnia, fatigue and headache one week or half before menstrual cramps. When menstruation comes, edema can gradually subside. Eyelid swelling can be caused by many conditions.
Life care: (1) Don't sleep on your stomach. Sleeping on your stomach will make body fluids flow into your eyes, and you should sleep with your face up. (2) Keep your chin up while sleeping. Raise your head with 2-3 pillows to prevent body fluids from staying around your eyes. (3) Eat less salt. Eating too much salt will accumulate more water in the body, which will be concentrated on the thin skin around the eyes. Reducing salt intake will prevent bags under the eyes. (4) Apply ice water around the eyes. After wringing with a soaked cotton ball, apply it to your eyelids for 5- 10 minutes, or apply it to your eyelids with a frozen ice pack every morning 10 minutes. (5) Try to use water-soluble (oil-free) skin care products, including oil-free eye makeup remover. (6) Be sure to thoroughly remove it before going to bed. This job is more difficult than expected, because some women can still leave residual makeup at the bottom of eyelashes even if they don't wear makeup for a few days, and these residual makeup roots may run into their eyes when they sleep, so they should be wiped with a cotton ball dipped in makeup remover until there are no traces of makeup on the cotton ball; (7) Try to use eye gel containing plant extracts. You can use eye gel as a base before makeup, which can keep your eyes moist, make wrinkles less obvious and make tired eyes feel comfortable.
