How to treat spleen deficiency?
1. Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment:

(1) spleen-qi deficiency syndrome: invigorating spleen and benefiting qi. Representative: Sijunzi Decoction. Medicine: Ginseng, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Poria, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. Addition and subtraction: For patients with fullness of chest and diaphragm, Fructus Aurantii and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae are added to promote qi circulation and broaden chest; For patients with belching, anorexia, fullness and diarrhea caused by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, Xiangsha Liu Jun Decoction should be used to invigorate qi and spleen, and regulate qi and relax the middle energizer.

(2) Spleen-yang deficiency syndrome: warming middle warmer to dispel cold, benefiting qi and strengthening spleen. Representative: Li Zhongtang. Drugs: Atractylodis Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma, and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. Addition and subtraction: for those with deficiency cold, add aconite and cinnamon to help yang dispel cold; If qi stagnation stops drinking, add Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Poria to regulate qi. Addition and subtraction: according to the bleeding location, time, degree and cold and heat, charcoal of wormwood leaf or cooked ginger is added to warm the channels to stop bleeding in cold patients, and charcoal of rehmannia root or palm charcoal is added to cool blood and stop bleeding in hot patients.

(4) Syndrome of stagnation of middle qi: tonify middle qi, strengthen yang and relieve depression. Representative: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Add and subtract: for patients with abdominal pain, add Radix Paeoniae Alba to soften the liver and relieve pain; For those with qi stagnation, add Fructus Aurantii to regulate qi and relieve bloating.

2. Chinese patent medicine treatment:

(1) Sijunzi Pill: It is used for loose stool with deficiency and cold of the spleen and stomach, loss of appetite and less food. (2) Xiangsha Liu Jun Pill: used for dyspepsia, belching, anorexia, abdominal distension and loose stool caused by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. (3) Shen Ling Baizhu Granule: used for people who are tired and weak and eat less loose stool. (4) Shen Lingjian Spleen and Stomach Granule: used for spleen and stomach weakness, dyspepsia, diarrhea and vomiting, emaciation and mental fatigue. (5) Buzhong Yiqi Granule: used for asthenia, anorexia, abdominal distension, loose stool's chronic diarrhea, proctoptosis or proctoptosis and uterine prolapse caused by spleen and stomach weakness and deficiency of middle qi. (6) Ginseng Jianpi Pill: used for dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, loose stool, insufficient diet, mental fatigue and other symptoms caused by spleen and stomach weakness. Acupuncture treatment:

1. Spleen deficiency syndrome: Foot Taiyin, Foot Yangming meridian points and corresponding back Shu points are the main points. Such as Taibai, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Fenglong, Pishu and Shu Wei.

Daily care:
