Shahe is located in the south of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, with Du Xiang District and Xindu District of Xingtai City in the north, Nanhe District in the east, Wu 'an City and Yongnian District of Handan City in the south and Shanxi Province in the west.
