I've been looking for this question. Today, I finally found out that it can still be saved. When you open a webpage for the first time and look at your favorite pictures, you first right-click and select all of them, as shown in the following figure 1.

Then copy it to your QQ.

Finally, double-click your favorite picture on QQ and save it as it is.
