The killed crucian carp should be peeled off and washed until it is bloody.
Put water in the electric frying pan, wash ginger and pat it evenly and put it in the pan.

Clean crucian carp in the pot, while cooking, while beating out the foam and throwing it away.
Wash two fresh onions for later use.
Boil the fish soup for half an hour. When the soup is milky white, tie the fresh onions and put them in.
After the smell of onion oozes out, it can be served in a bowl.
