1. The application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households and the identity certificate of the applicant shall be submitted together;

2. Proof of use of the business premises; Proof of the amount of operating funds and other materials shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located for registration.

The materials required to apply for a business license are:

1. Application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;

2. The identity certificate of the applicant;

3. Proof of business place;

4. Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision.

If the registration authority makes a decision to approve the registration, it shall issue a notice to the applicant to approve the registration of individual industrial and commercial households, and issue the business license of individual industrial and commercial households to the applicant within 10 days.

Article 8 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households

Those who apply for registration as individual industrial and commercial households shall apply to the Daxie registration authority where the business premises are located for registration of the rolling model. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises.

The registered items of individual industrial and commercial households include the name and domicile, composition, business scope and business premises of the operators. Individual industrial and commercial households use Chunchun's name as a registered item.
