I. Organizational leadership

(1) Release information

(2) Time, method and requirements for registration.

(4) Recruitment examination

Candidates with professional and technical qualifications above the associate high school and doctoral students (non-in-service) are exempt from the theoretical examination (computer examination), and other applicants should take the theoretical examination.

2. Interview:

(1) The contents include: the applicant's professional knowledge level, comprehensive analysis, interpersonal relationship, investigation and study, communication and coordination, language expression, on-site presentation and emergency treatment.

⑵ The judges are composed of 7- 1 1 judges, selected from the expert database of municipal tertiary hospitals (including our hospital and the outer hospital), with experts in the hospital as the main judges, and subject to the guidance and supervision of the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.

3. Comprehensive test scores: 50% are based on theoretical test (computer test) scores and 50% are based on interview results. Among them, the test-free theoretical test (computer test) candidates' scores are subject to the interview results. Theoretical test (computer test) scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are kept at two decimal places, and the third place is rounded off.

(5) Physical examination and probation period

According to the order from high score to low score of the comprehensive examination results of the same post, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of job recruitment plan 1: 1. Physical examination shall be carried out according to the items and standards of civil service physical examination. Those who pass the physical examination will enter a six-month probation period, mainly to examine their political ideology, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, proposed post qualifications and whether they violate the family planning policy. Those who fail the physical examination or investigation will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive scores of the same post (1 time only). The list of qualified medical personnel has been publicized for 7 days without objection, and reported to the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.

(six) to determine the candidates to be hired

After the probation period of six months, the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will invite the primary candidates to jointly organize the assessment. Those who pass the examination shall, after being approved by the Party Committee of the Municipal Health Planning Commission, report to the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for qualification examination and approval, and be determined as the final candidate.

(7) Handling relevant formalities.

Those who have obtained the relevant qualification certificates shall directly go through the relevant procedures for hiring, employment (deployment), salary verification and other formal staff; Those who have not obtained relevant qualification certificates shall sign employment contracts, obtain relevant professional qualification certificates within 3 years, and go through relevant procedures such as recruitment, employment (deployment), salary verification, etc. Otherwise, the employment contract shall be terminated and relevant procedures such as recruitment shall not be handled.
