You should cherish, cherish and appreciate your body and take good care of it.

As a result, the strength is fierce, the shoulders and necks are twisted, and suddenly they can't move freely like a stiff head. Taiji teacher said, don't be nervous, accept it gladly. All right! Then leave it alone. It will be fine in a couple of days.

In the "Ping Shuai" course group we once held, many people have different degrees of detoxification reaction after practicing Ping Shuai, some have skin pus and some have knee pain, and the teachers' suggestions are the same. Keep throwing and don't stop to spend this time. Indeed, after that, you can feel relaxed and happy.

Some people in the group said that their blood pressure was low and they could do nothing. None of my friends said, "Hypotension is just a concept. Try to put it down." We have accumulated too many concepts in our minds and produced too many fears. If you really want to let go, be generous and be happy, you may be fine.

My own experience is that vegetarianism is very good and refreshing, and it does not affect nutrition at all. Many people are worried that vegetarian food is not nutritious enough, but I think this is largely because our understanding of nutrition is limited and even outdated.

For example, most people think that protein is the most important, but the latest medicine has said that too much protein is actually a heavy burden on the human body, and we don't need so much protein. Secondly, the best source of protein is plants rather than animals. On the contrary, many trace elements, minerals, vitamins and dietary fiber are what the human body needs more, and they are "noble people" in food. They all come from plants.

More friends can't resist the taste of meat dishes. But now any vegetarian food can be cooked in a delicious way.
