The exposure draft proposes that in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, individuals shall be fined from 500 yuan to 2,000 yuan.

The Regulations clearly stipulate the safety penalties for activities and operations in railway line safety protection zones.

First, the Regulations on the Activities of Railway Line Safety Protection Zones clearly states:

2. It is forbidden to plant trees and other plants that affect the safety of railway lines and traffic observation.

3. It is forbidden to discharge pollutants, dump garbage and other substances that endanger railway safety.

4, laws, regulations, rules and other laws and regulations have been clear about other prohibited acts.

Two, operational safety punishment in this Ordinance has also been clearly defined.

1, hitting a train or other railway traffic facilities and equipment.

2. Occupy other people's sleeper seats, or beat, abuse or insult station and train staff.

3. Crossing or destroying closed facilities to enter the railway line.

4. Walking, sitting or lying on the railway line or passing on the railway line without crossing or pedestrian passage.

5. Crossing or staying on the platform in violation of regulations.

6. Forcibly pass through the ticket gate or interfere with the train door switch.

7, unauthorized access to railway equipment operation and traffic scheduling and other places and train driver's cab, machinery room and other areas.

8. Smoking or using cigarette substitutes and other articles that can produce smoke in the non-smoking area of trains where smoking is prohibited.

In case of any of the above acts, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections, and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 50,000 yuan on the unit, and a fine of 2,000 yuan or more on the individual in 500 yuan.
