Huoxue Zhitong Powder:

Angelica sinensis 10g Chuanxiong 10g safflower 10g frankincense 5g myrrh (mo) medicine 5g dragon's blood 3g peach kernel 10g.

Grinding the above medicines into powder, concocting with water or alcohol (or white wine or distilled liquor) into paste, applying it on dressing and sticking it on joints, and binding and fixing it.

Note: no need to heat, the body temperature is enough to warm the medicine.
