Location: The depression in front of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal joints on the dorsum of foot.
Indications: toothache, halitosis, sore throat, tonsillitis, constipation, acid reflux, etc.
Practice: Knead with your thumb 100 times every morning and evening.
3 Hegu point
Location: The back of hand is in the tiger's mouth, sandwiched between the first metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone.
Is suitable for clearing away heat, relieving exterior syndrome, calming and relieving pain, and can be used for treating toothache, gingival swelling and pain, acne, tinnitus, wrist and arm pain, common cold and fever. Pregnant women should use it with caution.
Practice: when you are free, you can press it, in the direction of the little finger, not in the vertical direction of the back of your hand, to achieve the curative effect of acupuncture points.
