Steamed eel with medlar and mushroom
Ingredients: Monopterus albus, Lycium barbarum, Lentinus edodes, chives, green peppers, ginger and coriander.
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, lobster sauce, salad oil, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Wash the eel, cut it into thick slices connected at the bottom, and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and monosodium glutamate.
2. Put the marinated eel in a dish, sprinkle with appropriate amount of fermented soybean, mushrooms, medlar and Jiang Mo, and steam in a cage for about 10 minute.
3. Take out the steamed white eel, sprinkle with green pepper, chopped coriander and chopped green onion, and sprinkle with a little cooked soy sauce.
