Feed and meat for each stage are as follows:
15-30KG means that 15-20-day-old weaned piglets' feed/meat ratio should not be higher than 1.3: 1, that is to say, the feed consumption of 15-30kg is 20kg.
30-60KG is the prophase of growth, and the feed-meat ratio at this stage should not be higher than 1.8: 1, which means that 55kg is consumed for 30-60 kg.
60- 100 kg is the late stage of breeding, and the feed-meat ratio is unstable at this stage. The difference of varieties has a great influence on the feed-meat ratio at this stage. The feed-meat ratio of 60-85KG should be 2.8-3: 1, and the feed-meat ratio of 85 is 3-3.5: 1. The other three factors are average.
Extended data:
When actually calculating the feed-meat ratio, it does not refer to the dry matter of the feed. Refers to the actual weighed feed weight. Feed conversion rate, also known as feed reward, refers to the ratio of the weight of air-dried feed consumed per unit to the weight of animal products obtained. Also known as feed-to-meat ratio, that is, how much meat an animal can grow by feeding one kilogram of feed. If the feed-meat ratio is 2.5/ 1, it means that feeding 2.5 kg of feed will grow 1 kg of meat, so farmers hope to reduce the feed-meat ratio.
