Explain how to eat beef soup well, and its nutrition and efficacy.
The practice of beef soup is very simple, and it can be prepared in half an hour to ensure the fragrance of the house.

Material: 1. Half a catty of fresh beef, diced; 2. 3-4 tablespoons of raw flour (the size of a tablespoon in McDonald's Xindi), preferably sweet potato flour; 3. Pepper powder (this is very important and needs to be ground) 1 spoon; 4. Chicken essence or mushroom essence 1 spoon; 5. Salt 1 spoon; 6. Some pepper; 7. Some sesame oil, cooking wine and soy sauce (I used Tai Tai Le Yan soy sauce); 8. 1 tomato, cut into pieces; 9. A few small vegetables (you can change them into bean sprouts, dried tofu or shredded cucumber as you like).

Step 1: Boil half a pot of boiling water (I usually cook porridge in a small pot). You can cut two slices of ginger and put two small red peppers if you like spicy food.

Step 2: The key step is seasoning.

Take a large glass bowl, put the diced beef into it, sprinkle with raw flour, pepper powder, chicken essence and salt, then pour some sesame oil (I use the first-class ground sesame oil of Fulinmen, which is super fragrant) and a proper amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, and stir with chopsticks (mom grabs it with her hands, and her nails are too long and unsanitary) until the raw flour is evenly wrapped in the beef, and the dryness and humidity are also high.

Step 3: At this time, the water is almost boiled. After the water is boiled, quickly put the pickled diced beef into the pot one by one with chopsticks (note that they are put into the pot one by one, and if they are put together, the beef will be stirred with chopsticks to make the soup turbid, thus affecting the quality of the soup). When the last diced beef is put in, the first diced beef is basically cooked. Add pepper powder (added according to personal taste, which has a refreshing effect), cover the pot and cook for about ten minutes;

Step 4: Put diced tomatoes into the pot, put some salt in the soup, cover the pot and stew for about five minutes;

Step 5: put the small vegetables in the pot and cook for another two minutes.

A pot of fresh beef soup is ready. Beef is tender and fragrant. The soup is delicious and a little spicy, with red tomatoes and vegetables. It's beautiful and enjoyable. Just try it. This is my own private formula.
