The breathing methods of this therapy are nasal inhalation and nasal breathing. At the beginning of practice, the mind only needs to pay attention to exhaling, and try to be deep, long, thin and even. When inhaling, let it go without any distractions. Step 1: Breathe out and pay attention to your heart.

When preparing for exercise, you should close your eyes slightly, look at the tip of your nose for a while, then close your eyes and look at your heart, listen to your breath and make no noise. With each exhalation, the mind is released from the throat to the heart, gradually slowing down and stretching as long as possible. The time of each exhalation is called every minute.

8- 12 times is appropriate. Let it be. When you breathe in, you don't think or know. If you have distracting thoughts during practice, you should count your breath: just count the number of exhalations, from 1 to 10.

Then from 1 back to 10, repeat it, and the distractions will subside, that is, there is no need to calculate interest. The training time of this step is 3 times a day, 20 times each time.

As long as you insist on practicing as required, you will gradually become proficient and all kinds of unnatural phenomena will gradually disappear. Step 2: Interest Follow the trend of Dantian.

When the first step is to practice until you feel hot in your heart every time you exhale, you can follow your intention. Every time you exhale, the hot airflow from the heart will gradually extend downward and gradually move to the abdomen (lower abdomen). But we must pay attention to relaxing nature and not be too deliberate and hasty. Practice like this every day

Three times, each time about half an hour, 10 or so.

Days or so, every time you exhale, you can feel a heat flow coming out of your abdomen. At this time, there may be gurgling sound in the lower abdomen, increased qi, increased appetite, and abnormal urination and defecation gradually become normal.

Step 3: Pay attention to your abdomen by adjusting your breathing.

Next, when there is heat flow sinking in the abdomen every time you exhale, and the abdomen is warm and hot, stop breathing in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally, that is, stay in the abdomen and don't care too much about exhaling. Daily practice

Three times, about 40 minutes each time. This exercise takes about 40 minutes.

A few days or so, you can feel an "air mass" formed in your abdomen. With the accumulation of kung fu, the air mass gradually increases and the lower abdomen is full and powerful. Sometimes there will be vaginal itching, perineal pulsation, fever in the kidney area and limbs. These phenomena or feelings can vary from person to person. Generally, those who suffer from insomnia, impotence, irregular menstruation and abnormal defecation can gradually improve.

Step 4: Don't forget to help the governor.

Next, when the true qi in the abdomen is enriched to a certain extent, it will go up along the spine. At this point, the mind must follow it up and not be distracted by other things (don't forget); When it stops somewhere and doesn't go up or even back, don't intentionally guide it up (don't help it). Because the rising speed depends entirely on the enrichment degree of qi in the abdomen, the richer the abdomen, the greater the upward force and the faster the speed; On the contrary, the upward movement stops or even goes backwards. It is often difficult to get through the "Jade Pillow Pass" at the back of the head. You can look at the top of your head, and generally you can pass the jade pillow pass. This step is a key step. Naturally relaxed and happy. After customs clearance, when exhaling, the heat flow goes straight to the lower abdomen, and when inhaling, the heat flow goes over the top of the head to the mouth, forming a governor-governor cycle (that is, "small Sunday"). At this point, anyone suffering from dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, low libido, irregular menstruation, palpitation, shortness of breath, trance and other symptoms can be significantly improved, and long-term persistence is expected to recover. Learning the real method, as long as you follow the technical essentials in the book and practice carefully, is easy to succeed. Self-taught practitioners must read and learn the practical contents of the techniques in the book repeatedly when they start practicing, carefully ponder their own experiences, and don't delve into the contents of the techniques theory for the time being, so as not to bring too many thoughts to the practice. Bring distractions. At first, just be honest and act according to the law. In order to provide correct guidance for more real Buddhist practitioners, with the consent of the old professor Li Shaobo, the key requirements related to the "five-step success study" are now announced as follows:

Section 1 One-step True Method Counseling

1. Pay attention to the heart socket when exhaling: the position of the heart socket, that is, the heart opening, that is, the middle depression under the sternum (heart-protecting bone), is actually the position of the stomach. This is a part, not a certain point.

2. Note: Thinking means keeping.

3. Exhale: The real way is to use the natural breathing method of sniffing. Natural breathing means not artificially controlling the breathing rhythm and letting nature take its course. The key is to think of the heart socket when exhaling, regardless of inhalation, that is, pay attention to the heart socket part whether exhaling or inhaling.

4. At the beginning of practicing Qigong and Fazhen, there are often many distractions, so it is not easy to keep the heart when exhaling, and it is not easy to pay attention to the heart when exhaling. You can help by counting interest, that is, count from one to ten every time you exhale, and then count from the beginning. This makes it easier to go to the heart, and it is also a way to induce silence.

5. Pay attention to exhaling, but some people feel that breathing is unnatural and even breathless. This is because he not only pays attention to exhalation, but also consciously prolongs exhalation instead of naturally inhaling. Prolonging exhaling or inhaling consciously will cause a feeling of breathlessness, and we should also remind you to avoid it. If you really understand natural breathing, you will never feel breathless.

6. The sign of the first step is that there is a warm feeling in the heart, or a feeling of fullness and oppression, so you can move to the second step. Some people with stomach problems or constitution deficiency and cold are not easy to get a sense of warmth, so they can practice one-step exercise for a while first, but as long as they have a feeling of fullness or oppression, they can also switch to two-step exercise.

The real method of two-step consultation in the second quarter

The second step is to follow the trend of Tian Chan and master the following points:

1. Meaning: Meaning is an idea. Breathing refers to both breathing (or exhaling) and true breathing (that is, the warmth of qi), and they are interdependent.

2. Tending to the abdomen: the warm feeling in the heart of the mind goes down to the abdomen step by step when exhaling, because the law of qi moving in the body is that qi moves downward and outward when exhaling and upward and inward when inhaling. The purpose of this step is to release the qi gathered in the heart socket to the abdomen along the midline of any pulse, thus opening any pulse.

3. The most common reaction in this step is bowel sounds, which is that qi strengthens the function of the intestine. The normal phenomenon of healthy qi expelling turbid qi in the intestine should be to let nature take its course, without control, and disappear naturally at a certain time. At this stage, some patients with enteritis excrete viscous blood filth in their stools, so there is no need to panic or take medication, and the intestinal filth naturally recovers.

4. For patients who have undergone abdominal surgery, because there are scars, they hinder the qi of the meridians, and the qi is not easy to get down, and sometimes there will be surgical scars and tingling. This is the reaction of qi dredging meridians, and qi may tend to be slow. Just practice more and practice a few times. Some people have the feeling of gas upwelling, but also because of poor gas in the lower coke, or pay attention to inhalation, so we should pay attention to exhaling and make the gas move down; When the triple energizer is unobstructed, it is easy to sink into the abdomen.

The real three-step consultation method in the third quarter

After the first two steps of practice, I have had preliminary practical experience. When the second step is practiced until the airflow reaches the abdomen every time you exhale, you can enter the third step, and you can practice the third step of "adjusting breath and keeping breath in the abdomen".

The third step is the most important step to complete the five-step achievement method. One, two, and two exercises are to cultivate the true qi, access the ren meridian, and make the true qi of the upper, middle, and second jiao tend to Tian Chan and converge Tian Chan. The third step is to lay the foundation for the next step. If the qi in the abdomen is insufficient, it is impossible to pass the governor. Therefore, the ancients called this step "laying the foundation". Because of the importance of cultivating the strength of Tian Chan, it takes a long time to practice this step. After entering the third step, the following situations often occur.

1. Step 2: Breathe into the abdomen, but there is no obvious feeling in the abdomen, and it will not be obvious in the next few days. Some people are worried about this, don't know what's going on, or think that the martial arts practitioners have run away. There are two reasons: first, the focus of the third step is concentration (that is, staying in the abdomen), which relaxes the idea of paying attention to exhaling, so the intensity of sinking the abdomen is relatively small; Second, the abdomen is relatively large. If you are angry, you will open it. When you start to enter the abdomen, you will feel impulsive, but a small amount of gas is not enough to fill the abdomen, and there will be no sense of breath. Keep practicing and enrich your abdomen in a few days, naturally.

2. With the progress of Kung Fu, the true qi in the abdomen is constantly enriched, so it shows various phenomena, among which "temperature in the abdomen" is the most appropriate. If there is a big heat, it is too "hot". You can relax your breath or ignore it to slow down its heat; "Full stomach" is a phenomenon of fullness of qi. You must be full to a certain extent before you can move downward (perineum) and backward (Mingmen). Let it go, and naturally it will not lead it prematurely; "Opening and closing the abdomen" means that if something moves in the abdomen, or the abdomen moves up and down, this situation used to be called "fetal interest", which is a good sign that the abdomen is full of qi, so that we can better defend the abdomen; "The abdomen contains pearls". If there are chicken eggs in the abdomen, it is like a solid thing with different sizes of children's fists. The ancients called this "Dan", which is a manifestation of high concentration of qi. These are some interior scenes that are often encountered before and after customs clearance, and they are very gratifying signs. We should carefully keep them there. But these phenomena vary from person to person, and it is impossible for everyone and every phenomenon to encounter them: no, it is impossible to dream of pursuing them.

3. Because the three-step kung fu abdomen is full of qi, there are many physiological changes in the whole body. For example, there is an airflow around the waist, passing through the navel and then to the Ming Gate, constantly rotating. This is the pulse, which is very helpful for customs clearance. General fever is also a common phenomenon, which is the improvement of thermal energy and can enhance resistance; But some people have a high fever and feel upset and uncomfortable. You can use the word "ha" in the six-character formula to make it even. People with gastroptosis often feel that their lower abdomen is pulled up when they exhale in the third step. This is because the function of the stomach is basically restored and strongly improved, which is the basic factor to cure gastroptosis. Don't mind. Abdominal airflow to the thigh is a general situation, so don't care too much; If the downward gas flow is too large, the Dantian gas is not easy to accumulate, and it can be corrected by plate sitting. If you want to look back for a long time, you can lift your anus and inhale. The nocturnal emission caused by nervous excitement due to qi foot is most likely to occur at this stage, so we should pay close attention to it and take the four-word method of "inhaling (inhaling), reaching (tongue reaching the palate), taking (lifting anus) and closing (closing eyes)" to prevent and treat it in time.

4. In order to realize the smooth customs clearance in the fourth step, we must rely on the accumulation of qi in the third step, which is called "gas accumulation and customs clearance". If you vent your anger, customs clearance will be postponed. Therefore, practitioners are required to abstain from sex before going to bed in the basic stage, and their sleeping posture should be lying on their side and rolling their feet, which is called "lying like a bow": underwear should be relaxed to avoid friction; Be careful not to be too warm, avoid sleeping on your back, and don't sleep if you have sexual impulses. In these few short days, we should be able to persist and must persist. This is such an important stage. For example, people with nocturnal emission should pay more attention to the above requirements and consider when they usually have nocturnal emission, that is, when they get up to practice, so as to correct their habits. Many people are cured in this way. Some people have pus after three steps of enteritis, and some people have gynecological diseases to excrete filth. This is the true qi acting on the organs around the abdomen, which has good physiological changes and brings forth the new, so they can heal themselves without other treatment. It is necessary to gradually increase the fullness of the abdomen, the meridians of the whole body are touched, and there are irregular beats, itching, numbness or rashes everywhere. This is the performance of qi to exorcise evil spirits. Without treatment, evil spirits will heal themselves. After three steps, there are more and more touching phenomena. See step 4 for details.

The real method of four-step consultation in the fourth quarter

The fourth step starts from the third step, when the qi in the abdomen is enriched to a certain extent, it passes through the perineum and bypasses the tail. However, there are also cases where the perineum reaches the life gate without the perineum, and then the perineum is dynamic, which varies from person to person and does not need to be consistent. There are many physiological changes in the four-step work. The problems that are easy to occur are described as follows:

1. Exhalation is too heavy, which is easy to cause high fever in Dantian. If you feel burning, reduce the degree of exhalation, or give up the attention of exhalation and correct it naturally; Overall, the warmth is good. Some people exhale too much, or sexual life can't help but lead to a strong fear of the front yin reaction, indicating that the front yin leaks out; The more nervous you are, the more intense your reaction is, so that you are worried all day long, leading to stagnation of qi, dizziness and weakness of limbs. The adjustment method is to pay less attention to exhalation, or slightly lift the anus when inhaling naturally, and slowly adjust a stage until the qi bypasses the tail and goes up along the Du meridian. The perineum is called Xiaqueqiao, which has three ambiguities: all the way to Yin Qian, at a fork in the road, it is easy to get lost, so novices should pay attention.

2. Some people are in a hurry to get through, and they will give conscious guidance before the abdomen is full of qi. This will make the qi in the abdomen insufficient, and some of the guided qi cannot come up. If they can't get up in one place, they will feel bloated and uncomfortable. The correct way is to stick to the abdomen and continue to cultivate the true qi. When the true qi is sufficient, they will get through by themselves and never guide them again. That's what it means.

The fourth step is the most difficult and important step in all martial arts. The ancients called it "reborn". Because of obvious physiological changes and some uncomfortable feelings, practitioners are at a loss, nervous, shaken and ask for help, which is unnecessary (as explained in the book). Anyone with a history of low back pain will feel uncomfortable if the true qi passes through the Ming gate. These are all manifestations of the struggle between good and evil. If you correct your illness, you will heal yourself after the true qi has passed. You don't need to find someone to correct it, and you don't need to ask someone for treatment. At this time, we will step up our practice, increase the number of times and extend the time than usual, and all will be lifted after customs clearance. Don't relax and don't make mistakes.

4. In eight sentences, Professor Li Shaobo summed up the process and practice of the four-step crossing, and named it "Song of Sunday". (read the essence area carefully). A yogi must appreciate it carefully before he can understand it.

Section 5 Five-step Guidance of Real Methods

After the inspection, enter the fifth step, and it will be regarded as having achieved the goal in Zhoutiangong. People often ask, how to amend the law after customs clearance? The practice method of Qi has further improved contents and stages. Here are a few aspects that should be paid attention to as the requirements of continuous exercise:

1 In the process of communicating with the Governor, the method of "Qi Running" is gradual. After passing the customs, as long as you follow the conditions for acrobatics, it is enough to practice frequently. There is a requirement in the book to persevere and conform to nature. The deeper the effort, the better the effect. Customs clearance has only completed the basic stage, and we must persist in exercise in the future to achieve good results. People who practice martial arts, in particular, can improve their physical fitness and physique before customs clearance, and some superficial functional diseases can also be cured. Serious and stubborn organic diseases require time, continuous essence and accumulation of qi to drive away the disease. You can't think that you are successful after customs clearance, and everything is cured. But as long as you keep practicing, all kinds of diseases will gradually get better.

2. After customs clearance, there will be many reactions to attack the focus with qi in the body, and the practitioners don't know what to do. For example, at the beginning of customs clearance, the breath ran around the head and the forehead felt heavy, which could be ignored. If we only grasp the upper abdomen and concentrate on the Baihui meeting (in this case, the Baimai meeting), then the Baimai will be pulled up and other disorderly behaviors will be reduced, but it will take a long time. Keeping this knowledge for a long time can also develop wisdom and make people smart. If you feel qi and blood deficiency or stomach digestive function after customs clearance

If it's not as good as before, then you can stay in the middle of the abdomen and practice middle qi, and then the qi in the lower abdomen will be more vigorous. Xiadantian is a place for long-term defense, and it is right to guard this part at any time.

Take quietness as the service, the deeper the kung fu, the better the quietness. Only by going deep into peace can the physiological function in the body recover better. This is a very vivid and static natural law, which used to be called "Tao". The ancients called this kind of kung fu cultivation. Static characters are practicing monasticism from beginning to end, and it is impossible to be quiet at first, so there must be a way to gradually get started and gradually reach silence. So after five steps, this method is no longer needed. That method is actually the pursuit of methods, but it has become a distracting thought. When you go deep into the silence, you can realize that the three fields are integrated, and then nothing enters the realm of nothingness. What else can you pursue? Of course, the advanced realm of the True Dharma is also achieved step by step in different levels, which belongs to the content of the true Dharma upgrading class and can be further studied and improved in the future.
