What are the four items in the physical examination?
The four items of physical examination are 100m, shot put, triple jump and 800m.

1,100m

100 meter is the most basic and common of the four major sports. Participants need to sprint 100 meters on the straight to complete the race between the designated starting point and the designated finishing point. 100 meter project requires high explosive power, speed and responsiveness. Players need to start quickly, keep a good posture and rhythm, and go all out to sprint to the finish line.

2. Shot put

Shot put is a strength event and one of the traditional events in physical education examination. Participants are required to throw a shot with a weight of 7.26 kg, and their performance is judged by the throwing distance. Shot put requires athletes to have high explosive power, coordination and strength.

Players need to master the correct throwing techniques and movements, and improve the throwing strength and accuracy through reasonable physical training. Players should exercise flexible body movements and complete the turning movements in a standard way. Players should have proper stretching and flexibility training, including twisting, stretching and relaxation.

3. Triple jump

The triple jump is a long jump event in the four sports events, and it is also a comprehensive technical event. Players need to jump three times in a row and complete the total distance after landing to judge their performance.

Players need reasonable distribution of physical strength, rhythm control and strategy adjustment in the competition, in order to pursue the best results.
