: Calm down.
Be quiet. The depth of silence is an important symbol of one's skill. Silence is a kind of spiritual maintenance for the human body. People can absorb rich spiritual nutrition (also called spiritual vitamins) in silence. Silence is also a process of purifying the mind. I realize that meditation is closely related to people's moral cultivation.
China's traditional health preserving theory not only attaches importance to physical and mental health care, but also puts moral cultivation in the first place. The degree of quietness is actually a sign of people's moral level. Carefully distinguish, there are two kinds of silence: one is temporary silence, the other is long silence. Quiet for a while can also be called quiet for a while, that is, when practicing martial arts or receiving qigong treatment, get rid of distractions, so that the brain has no active thinking activities, is determined, is absorbed, forgets itself, and everything outside seems to be nonexistent, and enters a state of being drunk but not drunk, and if something is pointed, it seems to be absent.
A little quiet can stabilize brain waves; Second, it can reduce energy consumption; Thirdly, it can reduce the concentration of lactic acid in the blood, so it can quickly and obtain significant fitness effect. After entering the exercise state, patients and practitioners can more effectively accept the information and guidance of Qigong masters and make internal adjustments to achieve the purpose of fitness and elimination.
Long-term quiet can also be called big quiet, that is, 24 hours a day, has been in a quiet state. Only temporary silence without long silence will greatly reduce the effect of qigong fitness. When practicing, you can get rid of distractions, but after practicing, you return to reality, are keen on chasing fame and fortune, gain and loss of fame and fortune, are jealous when you see others surpass you in some way, feel aggrieved and indignant, strike your table and stare when you are unhappy, and break into a furious rage, and the quiet effect of practice is washed away. The quietness of Qigong requires not only temporary quietness, but also long-term quietness, which is the goal of struggle. Long-term silence can be divided into three levels, namely, calm, calm heart and calm heart.
Calm is the low-level stage of long-term quiet, and it is the beginning of the introduction of spiritual practice. Calm down, it seems simple, but it is not easy to do it.
People living in the world, it is difficult to be calm psychologically. Just like the sea, there are few really calm days. Social life is complicated and changeable. Man is like a boat in the rushing Yellow River, constantly struggling with rapids and dangerous waves. When you encounter difficulties, setbacks and dangers, you will be assassinated from time to time, and you will inevitably suffer injustice. "Misfortunes never come singly", "people are not as good as heaven, and flowers are not as good as heaven", and "disappointment is often nine times out of ten". In particular, people have desires, that is, they have all kinds of selfish desires, such as pursuing promotion, yearning for wealth and coveting beauty. When the journey of life is not smooth sailing, when a person's pursuit cannot be realized, a person's psychology will be unbalanced, and his heart will even be choppy, lightning and thunder. How can one be quiet? !
Selfishness is the worst mental state. Enthusiastic about pursuing fame and wealth, obsessed with feasting, bound in the small world of "self", will be arrogant when proud, decadent when frustrated, and plummet.
People who are "locked" by the shackles of fame and fortune, when things happen, should not only calculate others, but also guard against others' plots or revenge on themselves, so they are trapped in a state of tension, anger and depression all day long, and their brains will not be at peace. People who lack moral cultivation are prone to conflict with the people around them, and even intensify conflicts because of some trivial matters. When they are in a state of psychological distress, it is difficult to get rid of their psychological predicament. A person who asks others or himself is always in a nervous psychological state. People who love comfort and are too selfish are often tired of the money they are chasing hard. They suffered losses all day and looked depressed. How can they calm down!
For these people, practicing Qigong should first make them reach the first level of quietness, that is, calmness. How can I calm down? Is to curb selfish desires, so that although there are selfish desires, they can control themselves. When practicing qigong quietly, we should pay attention to improving our self-control ability. When the concepts of wealth, power, material and * * * come up, we can control them and make them not occupy a dominant position in our minds.
Lin Zexu has a motto: "Control your anger", which is used to warn yourself to "control" when you have something to be angry and suppress the anger that is about to erupt in your chest. Only by suppressing anger can we calmly deal with all kinds of difficult problems.
Zhang Zhongfu, a celebrity in the Qing Dynasty, wrote such a health couplet: "Being greedy and stupid is a gentleman's three precepts;" Gather wisdom and preach the five holy classics. " This couplet is an eclectic combination of the Confucian world and the birth of Buddhism, which implies greed, abstinence, anger and delusion in Buddhism, and has something in common with "a gentleman has three precepts" in The Analects of Confucius. Only abstinence can lead to longevity; Only by adhering to what Buddhists say can we live a long and healthy life. Zhai Gongjia, a celebrity in the Qing Dynasty, once wrote a health couplet: "Quiet and quiet also move, and the five internal organs disappear * * *; Rong also endured humiliation and never walked in danger in his life. Moreover, this couplet expounds the way of keeping in good health, which is suitable for both movement and activity. It is really a panacea for people who are often upset and irritable.
There are many similar ancient sayings, such as "to be clean, to avoid greed, to have fun, and to be peaceful", and "the reason why people are happy is to bind their own desires. Conscience is conscious when selfish desires germinate. It will be eliminated after a sleep, and people will still be happy. " Only when practicing qigong, do your best to "get rid of the heart of Mercedes-Benz competition and never lose the gorgeous and beautiful ideas" can you enter the door of peace.
: Calm down.
The further improvement of peace is the peace of mind. Meditation is the intermediate stage of long-term meditation.
Peace of mind means getting rid of selfish desires and selfless desires on the basis of peace, so as to be unmoved by complex temptations, not stupid, not greedy, self-purified, free from desires and desires, full of happiness and natural tranquility.
Taoist health preservation emphasizes the psychological interest of abstinence and leisure. The real world is the material world. People can't live in it without material, and they can't live without some material. For example, a person will always have more or less private property. Without certain private property, people can't survive, let alone practice. Talking about "getting rid of selfish desires" means not being bound by property and selfish desires and maintaining a free and open mind.
"Not for fame, not for profit, otherwise, it is bound to intrigue, compete with others for profit, and hurt the body." "Selfless heart, wide world." Sages and celebrities throughout the ages have published many views of the same strain in this regard and put them into practice. Confucius, the founder of Confucianism, is a man who cares about the world and does not consider personal gains and losses. His ambition is to make "old people feel safe, friends believe it, and young people are pregnant." The requirements for personal life are not high: "If you don't want to eat enough, you won't want to live a quiet life." He said eating coarse grains, drinking cold water and bending his arm as a pillow. "Happiness is among them." The wealth gained by practicing crooked ways is regarded as "floating clouds".
Zhang Sanfeng, a scholar, martial artist and qigong master, said: "People who can see through and get out naturally don't envy others' wealth or expensive, so they beg me to feel at ease and keep my way of cultivating truth. People are clamoring, I am silent, people are worried, I am indifferent, asking if people can't reach, are poor, and onlookers are unfair. "
Health experts in past dynasties have emphasized that health care must be based on spiritual cultivation, which should be "simple and naive", keep a clean heart, adhere to the will and cultivate good character. How can I calm down? First, we should know ourselves and be self-aware; Second, we should be objective and adapt to society. You'll feel normal.
People, without extravagant hopes, are calm? And thus sublimate to the realm of simplicity and innocence, that is, take it calmly.
The ancients believed that the way to achieve this is to strive for a "nothing, nothing, nothing, no difference" lifestyle, that is, not to be bound by your own property, not to abandon yourself, and not to be different from others. Taoism puts forward the requirements of "nine guards", that is, "keeping harmony, spirit, gas, benevolence, simplicity, stupidity, surplus and weakness", thus achieving a natural and peaceful state of mind without desire or thought.
It is also appropriate to take this sentence as a way of keeping in good health. If you have no desire, you will be strong, because if you have selfless desire, you will be broad-minded and others will forgive you if you do something wrong. Others do something sorry for themselves, and they don't always want revenge; Do good for others, be kind to others, and never consider how others will repay you; For those who hurt themselves, don't give an eye for an eye and give a tooth for a tooth. Of course, it refers to the wicked and gangsters who are not criminals. In this way, a person's mind will never rise and fall in the ocean of desire, thus being "immortal without desire" and healthy.

The spiritual realm is the further sublimation of spiritual tranquility, the realm of qigong entering tranquility, and the pursuit of practitioners. Of course, God's realm also requires non-ego, but the non-ego of God's realm is based on a thorough understanding and profound understanding of the principles of the Tao of Nature.
In Huangdi Neijing, the ancient naive theory said: "The ancient people knew their way ... so they could live in harmony with God and died at the age of 100." Ancient philosophers in China had many expositions on Tao, and the connotation of Tao was very rich. It not only refers to the biochemical state of the universe, but also refers to the general law of the development and change of things, and holds that the changes of nature and human society are the results of certain laws.
When practicing meditation, we should strive for the integration of Tao, let ourselves fully integrate into nature, treat all changes around us and ourselves with the laws of nature, and realize that everything is the reflection and inevitable result of the inherent laws of nature. Isolated "I" does not exist, "I" is melted in nature, and the individual is a part of nature. At this time, you will feel that "Tao" is great and "I" is very small, so that you can stay out of it, let nature take its course, and look at everything happening around you from a macro perspective, such as your own ups and downs, just like a drop in the ocean, insignificant, at this time. As Bai Juyi described: "Zhanzhan Yuquan color, carefree clouds, leisurely near the water, clean and pure."
When you reach a calm level, you will show it on the outside. The ancients said: "The face is not floating, and the eyes are not chaotic. You will know that you can't keep calm in your chest until you keep it for a long time. " Li "day:? If you are thoughtful, calm and good at describing, there will be weather. " It means that if your face is not impetuous and your eyes are not messy, you can know that this person's state of mind is peaceful and quiet, so that you can let nature take its course, be calm when you are in trouble, be indifferent when you are proud, be calm when you are frustrated, be carefree at home, be clear when you have nothing to do, and go through vicissitudes. In particular, every major event is calm, with the self-restraint and courage of "breaking without fear, adding without anger".
Escape from the world, do nothing, stay out of it, let nature take its course, not be passive, and people who have achieved great success also have career pursuits. They pursue the cause itself and are never moved by fame and power. Su Dongpo, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, had a rough life. He was demoted many times until he was demoted to Yazhou (now Hainan Island), a "wild land" at that time. Even so, he sang loudly: "I don't hate the narrow escape in the south, I will hurry up and be the best in my life." He once said a philosophical sentence: "I am willful and carefree, and I am open to fate, but if I try my best, there will be no solution." It means to cultivate one's sentiment by understanding philosophy, talking with friends and appreciating landscapes. Su Dongpo emphasized self-control and self-protection in order to spend the harsh environment in his later years.
Zhijian "Who adorns the clouds and the moon, and the sky and the sea are clear." "Floating clouds change things, and the heart is clear when you are alone in the moon" vividly depicts his clear spiritual world. It is with this realm that he can make achievements in many aspects, and only a large number of Chinese chapters handed down from generation to generation by him are enough to illuminate the history books.
The ancients said well, if you want to be calm, you can't "work for a long time." Anyone who is interested in joining the Qigong cause should "cultivate the mind and cultivate the spirit", cleanse the secular spirit of the mind and create a clean and pure spiritual space in the long-term practice.
Original energy is the academic language of Taoism, and clumsy fire, clumsy fire and clumsy fire are the realm of practicing Qigong. Stay tuned for more information.
