Around the "14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Tourism Development in Jiangxi Province", we supported local governments to develop creative products of industrial tourism and launched a number of industrial cultural experience projects. Build a number of urban industrial heritage scenic spots, scenic spots and supporting complexes, launch a number of urban industrial tourism boutique routes, create a night industrial cultural tourism consumption gathering area, and realize the transformation from "industrial rust belt" to "life show belt".
Encourage and guide all localities to make use of old industrial resources such as old factories, old kiln sites and old mining areas, build functional zones of cultural and creative industries (complexes and blocks), and cultivate 20 key projects for the activation and utilization of industrial heritage.

Our province will promote the guarantee project of industrial culture development factors. Cultivate industrial culture professionals, focusing on the selection of high-level leading talents in the fields of industrial culture academic research, education and training, management, publicity and promotion. Deepen school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen the training of industrial cultural talents, strengthen the construction of professional talents, and train a number of professionals in new industrial cultural formats such as industrial heritage, industrial museums and industrial tourism.
We will build a docking mechanism between the employment of industrial cultural enterprises and the employment of college graduates in our province, bring the employment needs of industrial cultural enterprises into the public employment service category of key industrial chains in our province, strive to improve the rate of college graduates staying in Jiangxi, meet the employment needs of industrial culture, and provide talent and labor support for the development of industrial culture in our province.
