Health care has a long history in China. As early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Huangdi Neijing, a classic work of traditional Chinese medicine, comprehensively summarized the experience of health care in the pre-Qin period, and clearly pointed out that "the sage failed to cure the disease, the husband's disease was medicine, and the disorder was the post-treatment. It's not too late to fight for a cone after crossing the well! " The concept of health preservation laid a foundation for the development of traditional preventive medicine and health preservation in China. For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and health care experts have accumulated and summarized the health care experience spread among the people, and written a large number of health care monographs, which promoted the development of traditional health care in China. There are many schools of traditional health care in China, each with its own strengths. Generally speaking, it can be divided into six schools, namely, spirit, moving body, strengthening essence, regulating qi, food supplement and drug bait. Each school's health-preserving theory is self-contained, with its own strengths and eclecticism, forming a unique health-preserving method in China.

Many health care concepts in TCM are similar to those in modern life sciences, and many traditional health care methods are also effective, such as massage, cupping, diet therapy, acupuncture, wuqinxi, Tai Ji Chuan, calligraphy and painting, qigong (induced pneumoperitoneum breathing) and so on. Except acupuncture, anyone can do it himself. Regular use of these convenient methods plays a special role in health care, physical fitness and disease prevention. First, diet

According to FAO, every meal should be a meat, a dish and a mushroom. Every meal has meat dishes, and chickens, ducks, fish and shrimp can be used to supplement protein; A vegetarian dish, mixed with several vegetables, supplemented with cellulose and vitamins; Mushrooms refer to Lentinus edodes, Volvariella volvacea, Flammulina velutipes, Auricularia auricula, kelp, etc. Because mushrooms can lower blood fat and cholesterol, improve immunity and slow down cell aging. Don't eat if you are not hungry, but you can still eat. This is the degree to which seven or eight points are full and enough is enough. In the process of eating, it is recommended to drink soup before meals, which is conducive to keeping slim.

Second, psychological adjustment.

Third, first aid common sense

Sudden cardiovascular disease, every minute counts.

First aid: don't panic, lie down and take medicine.

With the increase of the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, sudden cardiovascular events are on the rise. If patients with cardiac arrest are not rescued immediately, their lives may be fleeting. It is necessary to master the correct first aid methods.

Many young and middle-aged people suffer from autonomic nervous disorder, dizziness and headache, mental and physical weakness, stand up after squatting, and their eyes are black, and some even fall and faint. Some people can't sleep well and feel sick all over. A simple method can be done in 5 minutes: deep breathing, chest breathing and abdominal breathing. Exercise diaphragm through deep breathing, increase oxygen supply, improve gastrointestinal function and protect internal organs. Also practice squatting and standing up frequently, 5 times each time to 10 times. With the change of posture, effectively exercise sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.

If you want to exercise your muscles, learn to fly like a swallow.
